The only issue I had was with the actual time you had to wait to see the physician. I waited 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor with no explanation from the staff, I had to ask to see if I’m next up or not. However long I had to wait he was very through and explained everything in detail. This is an honest to goodness pain management physician with a real want to help people and make then pain free or minimize their pain as much as possible. The wait time was rather excessive however the time he spent with me well exceeded the allotted appointment time so this just tells you that he is through and wants to make things right with you n your pain.. if it wasn’t for the wait this would be 5 star rating. I suggest when a doctor is running that far behind that the front desk staff inform the proceeding patients and give them an option to reschedule or continue to wait. Thanks much, Steven J Claflin

This is the by far one of the worst run offices I have ever encountered!! I don't care how great the doctor is they are treating patients with chronic pain and expect them to sit in a hard waiting room chairs for over 3 hours every single appointment! The women at the front desk will lie and tell you the doctor is just backed up for the day but it's not the case my father has to wait like this every time he goes!! It's not an isolated occasion it is how they schedule their patients! Clearly this office has very poor management!!Update my father's appointment was scheduled for 9:40am it is now 4:42pm and I am still waiting in the parking lot for a call to come get him. This was a simple outpatient procedure for a pain medicine shot, I would hate to know the time frame for a bigger procedure!!

I love that this office is worried about every aspect of your pain management! Dr. Leal gives each of his patients the attention they need; so that means we are going to have to wait for our appointments. HE IS MORE THAN WORTH THE WAIT!! Relax and enjoy your time with the office and Dr Leal! Judy, the ARNP is also great to work with ..... and a lot faster,!
