It’s been an absolute nightmare getting anyone on the phone regarding my sons care. They make it blatantly obvious that they have zero care at all for the best interests of our kids. All I’m trying to do is call and make an appointment and apparently that’s like asking them to cut their right leg off with a spoon. I have called almost every day for a couple weeks now. I went through my sons ped, they *nonchalantly* told her they would call me eventually. Over a week later and they never did. Now I’m currently on hold waiting for someone to do their job. Absolutely absurd.

Office staff is HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL and suprising rude for a medical office. We drove over an hour and a half to see Dr Ferreira and end up being seen by someone completely different and here's the best part... they use a tablet to video call us for the appointment WHILE SITTING IN THE OFFICE 2 ROOMS DOWN! Then was told in 4 minutes (before I had time to even finish completing the 8 pg paperwork for new patients) my 5 year old autistic daughter didn't have autism dispite years of speech therapy, ABA therapy and occupational therapy.

My son has been with Dr Ferriera for over two decades. I have found him to be a top notch provider and developed a great patient/provider working relationship. Office occasionally fails but I’m there for him and his expertise for my sons complicated seizures.
