Excelent!!!!!!
Very unprofessional front staff and manager that over talks you and doesn't let the patient talk at all. Then claims they will will see you because they had a cancellation and can do self pay till corrections are made with my insurance and then say they can't. I ask why did you tell me that and all I get was that was a mistake on our part. This is not how cardiac patients should be treated at all as they already are dealing with cardiac health problems to begin with.
Wonderful doctor, attentive, listens, and gives you time to explain. We were there after 5PM and yet we were never rushed or made us feel like we needed to hurry. He listens, explains everything in a way that can be understood, and sincerely cares about the patient. He is one of those doctors that you put gold stars by his name because he is a keeper. He came highly recommended and I can see why. He has a long wait list and I see why. Thank you for taking the time with my uncle and help him have the best quality of life that he can have. He is older but that does not mean that he doesn't have productive years ahead in his life. Being in the medical field makes me very pay very close attention to everything a doctor does, from the way he treats the patient, the reasoning he uses for his conclusions, and his explanation of events and treatment. You, Dr. Y., get A+++ in all those categories, and more. Thank you.
Dr.Kenneth Yamamura Literally saved my life. Such a kind and caring Doctor. Been a patient since 2022
Back then google reviews weren’t a big thing. Anyway this cardiologist is great and all but i had an ablation, we paid the deductible and then after the procedure we received a surprise bill for a “tool” used during my procedure..insurance wasn’t having it for some reason.. it was like 500 bucks they wanted again. So when i was confirming my post procedure appointment, the staff said i couldn’t be seen unless i paid. I was 20 yrs old.
Dr. Yamamura is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. However, he has apparently overextended himself because as a patient that has had an invasive procedure done I could not get an appointment for the results until 13 months out. If the doctor is so busy that he can’t see his existing patient for procedures he’s already performed then how comfortable would you feel, as far as his attention to detail and performing without making mistakes? I was very happy when I started seeing him, but I would not recommend him strictly for this reason.
Dr yamamura is an excellent doctor and very good bedside manner. However he has stretched himself way too thin. I had an invasive procedure on April 26 of 2022 and my follow up appointment for the results from that is over one year later. There is no reason on gods green earth to have an invasive procedure done and wait longer than a year to get your results. I will have to report this incident to Medicare.
I love Dr. Yamamura, I think he’s an excellent doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. The problem is that he is stretched too thin to handle the patient that he has. I had an invasive procedure in April 2022 and my appointment to follow up for that procedure And get the results is one year later in April 2023. By the time I get the test results I will need to have the test repeated before I can go forward with the next procedure. I think this is a blatant waste of Medicare money and seems like Medicare fraud to me
Dr Yamamura is a wonderful physician and I'm very pleased with him. So wonderful in fact that I cannot get in for a follow up appt. Had Pacemaker/ICD implanted in March and the first follow up appointment is in December....Really!!!
Dr. Yamamura is an outstanding clinician. Takes his time, listens, great clinic staff. You will not find a better EP in Tampa

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
