List of Leonard Cosmo's Reviews
Was assigned to Dr. Cosmo by Workers Comp. and it was an experience. The office is filthy dirty and looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the 1970's. It was during COVID and not a single staff member, or the doctor had a mask on. One would think that a pulmonologist would require masks during a respiratory pandemic. Staff are inattentive and rude. Doctor Cosmo took my history. Did not order any tests, or sleep study and the only thing he did was write an Rx for a new auto CPAP machine. If it wasn't for keeping my Workers Comp claim open I would not return to this doctor.
Doctor Cosmo, has keep me out of going to the Hospital several times! Wonderful team✨Wonderful Doctor! Thank you for all you do💫
Timothy at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional.
This review is from several experiences my husband has had as an established patient. The two stars are solely for Dr. Cosmo who is outstanding. But today my husband could not take the disrespectful and nasty attitude from the front desk, specifically the man who is just miserable! When you have sick patients who need attention, being undermined, and unprofessional by this man should be illegal. After they had a heated discussion my husband decided not to keep his appointment. Sadly, this person should be fired!
The doctor is fine but his staff is absolutely awful. The people who work up front have a very nasty attitude, especially the tall, slim young man, and the place is DIRTY. Sorry, but it's just gross. I don't know how this doctor stays in business or why, given the bad reviews of his staff, he keeps them around. There are plenty of qualified people out there who will treat patients, the people who help keep the lights on, with a modicum of respect. I have already found another pulmonologist, which is sad, because I actually like Dr. Cosmo, but I have too much self-respect to go somewhere and repeatedly be treated rudely by people who are completely unqualified to be front-facing staff.
This place is horrendous. I think the doctor is actually good but he keeps his office covered in papers and is not dome place you should take patience. I also.had the waiting in the hallway experience when i arrived on time for my appointment, the door didnt open until 10 minutes after my appointment time. I was told they would order my equipment and after weeks and multiple times of me calling only to find outbthey never placed the order because they were waiting on informatoon from me. Now after weeks of suffering i am left to start over at another pulmonologist. Also they billed my insurance for an office visit 2 weeks after i was there for another office visit when i was only ever there once so thats a little shady too. Save yourself the hastle and sometime and find somewhere else to go, lifes to short to have to deal with and experience this place.
Such an amazing doctor with such amazing staff very kind people
It was the worst doctor's visit I've ever had. When I got there 10 minutes early, several people were waiting in the hallway to get into the waiting room. I was told that they are on lunch. There was no place to sit and wait which was hard for me to do. When they opened the waiting room door I said to the person it would be nice to have a couple chairs for people who are not able to stand for long time. I was told and I quote, we have to eat lunch too. The waiting room was very dirty the glass at the reception had so much spittle on it You could almost not see through. The woman behind the desk was eating her lunch talking on the phone and seemingly was having a good time. An hour and a half after I got there I was finally taken into a room from a nurse. The nurse look like she had just woken up, wrinkly uniform greasy hair and she didn't seem to care much. The room I was taken in was also very dirty and I mentioned it to the nurse and she said well it's an old building, I replied old building is okay but you can still clean. She did a couple of tests and I was told the doctor would come see me in just a minute. When the doctor came I was led to his office and I have never in my life seen an office like that. There was papers strewn everywhere on the floor on the desk behind a desk in front of the desk, the floor was literally covered in papers. I tried to make a joke and said that he needed some help in here and he said oh no it always looks like this. The office visit lasted a total of 10 minutes. I was ushered back to the reception desk to make another appointment and when I got there the lady was eating something else speaking to someone and totally ignoring me again. I looked at her and I said I will call you for my next appointment and I left. I will never go back to that place again. I have never in my life seen a doctor's office is terrible as this one.
Very good Dr. My son has many medical issues he helps him by understanding his issues
The most personable and kindest doctor and staff that we have ever met, well worth the drive

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
