My 78 year old mother and another woman were scheduled and prepped for a colonoscopy that Dr. Grauer never showed up for. The explanation given at the procedure center was for her to go by his office to get an apology. Personally I feel that’s quite dismissive and inconsiderate.

arrived at 8am for my appt. waited 40 mins and was given a new patient form(s) to complete. I was told i had to pay a outstanding bill or I would not be allowed to see the dr. paid the bill under protest. The procedure was to be a swallow test and they thought it was for something else. I suggested that they call my dr to get it right. at this point the person called me rude and said do you want to come back another day with a lot of unessary harshness. Then she wanted to scare me by saying I could have colon cancer and that I should really think aboout being nicer. I was done I waited to be judged and told I was being rude when they kept me waiting for 40 mins. I never had an opportunity to meet Dr Grauer and now I never will. I will never go back to this place again. unprofessional office staff will ruin any good business. Good luck but do not go there without knowing you will not be treated with respect.

Dr. Grauer & his team were outstanding & took care of my UC diagnosis. They really fought for me to get the medicine that I needed. Follow ups were frequent to see how well I was doing which is why I appreciate them.
