Dr. Torres is very experienced and great with kids and their parents/caregivers. She is very caring, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. All of my kids think she is the best!

I cannot believe we did wait another 2 hours of our life today. we will get sick visiting this office very often. it is not even clean inside. ok so the manager came outside to the car to take my daughters blood pressure. with her digital machine. on our last visit they did measure her once. the dr comes in the room after waiting a long time again of course and she says that my kid has hypertension again and she hands in page that she just printed from google showing a chart for her age. her blood pressure in still in the range with the chart she just googled and printed out. she does not say her machine may was broken from our first visit and also lied that she took my kid blood pressure like 5 to 6 times. they only did 4 measurements without any break on May 6th than May 18 and not today May 20th it is so funny that she can diagnose her now as a hypertension disease and she does not clear her for her sport activities. while my daughter was biting her nails. they assumed that i don't understand what they were talking about. they again treated me like I am a total idiot here. ok I am used to that by now right. I tell the manager the chart is googled and printed out and said it does not even off the chart your smart manager asks me if I am able to read a chart I told her that I am an engineer and I can read a data well :) Dr tries to educate me about hypertension now with taking 4 measurements from first visit one measurement from second and third she insists to take another measurement i said why you only measured her once yesterday and your data cannot be accurate that way everything is so unbelievable that she can not even a chart and she prints that from google I want my money back ASAP i am not going to pay for my visits here i want to talk to someone educated who is running this business here ? your doctors especially Dr Wood White was so well educated graduating from UF doesn't make your smart:) to my kid and your nurse Jordan she was so upset she can hang up the phone on my face right Dr. Torres she said my kids might have a heart problem bur after talking to her smart friend she decided that she has kidney problem. it was only a wellness check up:) it all started with a regular wellness check up the kid had no history with any thing. just sign the papers and tell us what we can do as team as a family here to reduce her blood pressure which came 125 to 78. it is abnormal according to them. my kids now more stressed worried and upset before coming to the dr's office. it helped her a lot with thanks you for making it a traumatic experience for her thanks a lot.

Yo llevo casi 16 años llevando a mi hijo.Es la mejor Ella se preocupa muchos por salud de los niños.Es estaba hacen años en otra localidad mas cerca de donde vivo.Y prefiero manejar mas millas para llegar y que atienda a mi hijo.La recomiendo un 100%.Gracias por sus servicios DRA. Dr. Torres is thorough and takes her time to explain what is wrong your child and treatment. She always provides professionalism, vast medical knowledge, and caring attitude for the child and parents.

Better than most doctors. She's been my doctor since birth.

I agree with the reviewer that says that Dr. Torres runs an hour behind, that is true, but it is because she takes her time with you. She is extremely thorough and is quick to diagnose what is wrong and will double check if there is an ounce of doubt. I have been taking all three of my children to her for 7 years and even though I wait, it is worth it in my opinion to get someone who takes their time to get it right. Highly recommend the entire practice for their thoroughness and follow up (they will call you to check on your child at home and on weekends if there was an illness or tests run).

Dr. Torres consistently runs at least 1 hour behind scedule, this is very difficult when your child is sick. I can recommend this office, but I can't recommend her. Make an appointment with Drs. Baade, Reiner...or one of the others, before you make an appointment with Dr. Torres.
