Despite the professional demeanor of the staff, I felt like my time meant nothing to them.Arrived prior to my appointment time and waited an hour before my kids were even addressed.Receptionist told me it was normal practice to book appointments back-to-back knowing that most sessions run over....🤔🤔🤔
