Over the last year I've come to know Heidi and dr. O and they are a great team as with the rest of the staff they're all so great I will not ever go nowhere else for anything I may need in the future I thank God you have come across them I would recommend them to anyone

I had him in Illinois and he is thorough and has an excellent bedside manner.

Right now I'm having a hard time making an appointment to talk about my pain medicine and the effects that the pain is having on my body on a daily basis I can't seem to talk to no one in person

Dr Orbangozo is wonderful,professional, yet compassionate. He empathetic, yet careful with my care. Doesn’t over nor under medicate and is very knowledgeable with other treatment options besides medication and thoroughly explains all options of care pertaining to my condition. His staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to two more of my family members and they also love him !

Dr. Orbegozo, Heidi, and all the staff at the Fletcher, Sheldon Rd. and the Surgery center are Amazing! All are very approachable, extremely knowledgeable, & always take the time to listen to any concerns & to explain any procedures or problems. I can't believe any of the bad feedback is even half true. Heidi is one of the nicest people in the office & has always taken great care of me when Dr. Orbegozo is booked or in surgery. Yes you might wait 30 mins to an hour but wouldn't you rather he spend that amount of time with you also? I never thought I'd work again in my life, fast forward a few years after following Dr. O's treatment plan and I've just started a new job as of Feb. 3rd. Also, I'm now able to do a lot more with my young son, even simple things like passing a baseball or shooting a basketball with him. Everything Dr. O. has suggested has worked to lower my pain & get back to a better quality of life. Give Dr. O. a call & start feeling better today! Thank you!! John S.

Ive waited 10 months to post this review hoping my back would get better, they say the nerves can regenerate. But they haven't. I've had 3 procedures done with Dr O (5 times at the surgery center under anesthesia) and I can't even begin to tell you how awful that experience was. Waiting sometimes 4-6 hours, having had nothing to eat since midnight the night before, waiting room packed. So they must triple book. And so rude. But I wouldn't have even complained if he hadn't made my back worse than it was to begin with. I was only trying to relieve the stiffness in my legs. When the radiofrequency ablation didn't work he decided to do Laser Surgery, and that's when he destroyed my back. When I left Florida and went back to New Jersey I saw a Pain Specialist who gave me an epidural shot and relieved my pain immediately. He said no one he knows does Laser Spine Surgery, that's a hoax played on the elderly in Florida. I now have to have epidural shots every 3 mo for the rest of my life.

I saw another Doctor in California on vacation in December and he hadn't even heard of such a thing and knows no one that does that. Im looking at a lifetime now of pain shots in my back every 3 months to undo what Dr Orbegozo and the Florida Pain Relief Group did to me.

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND IT A FAR DRIVE BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.

One of the best Doctors visits I have ever had. He took his time, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Very satisfied. Thank you!!
