I spent years here as a patient, and it was consistently terrible. They’re EXTREMELY unprofessional. Their staff is completely incompetent, they would mess up labs, lose them, and most of them did not even know how to perform their job. The first time I got my blood drawn they stuck me 7 times until they listened to me on where my vein was. All I got were measly apologies, nothing to correct any situation I experienced. I’ve spent years here getting told incorrect information, them messing up important labs and information, and finally once I left this place they ignored all of my phone calls and my insurance company’s calls- whether that’s for billing concerns or extremely serious situations that require a specialist to transfer the information to my new doctor. Their phone answering system is a joke. AVOID THIS PLACE! They don’t deserve your business. There’s much better practices.

I could not emphasize more on the excellence in the care I got. For the first time visiting this clinic, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and very helpful from the front office staffs to nurses and practitioners, and most importantly the care. I called in to schedule an appointment and I was able to make a visit and get treated on the same day. Everything was explained to me and ensure that I got the treatment that I needed. Very professional, super friendly, and informative. The best health care I’ve ever gotten. Thanks everyone for making my experience great.

This place is a mess. they dont really enforce masks anymore. i wasnt suprised when one of the nurses tole my husband theres a current covid outbreak going on. sad for these staff. these people should be ashamed of themselves, you work with hiv positive people!!

I've been seeing Dr.Dunn for over 20 years now. My only real complaint is not answering their phone. I had missed their call today by a second. I immediately retuned their call. However when I calledthe answering service picked up stating they were closed. This was this morning. I've tried calling back several times. It now 3:45 pm and there is still no one answered. This happens quite frequently with them. That's no way to run a business let alone a Doctors office. 🙁

I’ve just moved from Virginia with my partner who is retired military and we were looking for medical recommendations. My primary doctor recommended Dr. Dunn to me. Today it was my first day and my first impression was great because I’ve had a friendly welcome from the front desk (Mary) to the general manager (Sylvia) also other staff. I got interviewed by sweet Tameka who made me feel very comfortable with her big smile and her quiet voice. Thank you for making my day better. Mauro.
