They are just a profit business the people work there just for the pay check except the volunteers.They are so busy all the time and pretty times consuming and exhausting to wait for the doctor even though you have appointments. The worst part is that they give patients a false hope that they already know their patients final consequence . I suggest not to take surgery and spend the valuable time with your love one enjoy somewhere else instead of doctors appointments. But It depends on what type of cancer and what stages people have especially stomach cancer it is hard to treat. “you will live longer and less suffer “ without surgery because the cancer surely spread to kidney and somewhere else? This is my experience with my deceased wife. I regret to make this decision for the surgery which we originally chose not to do. By the way it was happened in 2015Good luck and god bless

After being at McKinley campus for 5 months and having five star service at every appointment this place is horrendous. The staff is absolutely rude and almost everyone seems miserable. Beatricia in the cafeteria ignored us all together when we were asking a question but the worst part of the visit was Irma to employed by sp+ at red valet. The third party companies that Moffitt signs contracts with are a direct reflection of the organization. I will be contacting sp+ directly for a complaint about the situation but Moffitt should be held accountable for every staff member their patients and visitors come into contact with. This is a wonderful place to receive cancer treatments for anyone. The doctors and PAs all work together to make you have a great outcome after treatment. They truly care for everyone involved in the patients care.
