List of Mohammed A Ali's Reviews
I was very pleased with my first visit there. The whole staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Dr Ali and his nurse practitioner were both excellent. I'm very glad I chose to come here!
My husband sees Dr Ali. He is very good. Knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend him.
I can only speak for myself but Dr. Muhammad Ali is great, he’s helped me to control my RA to where I now feel little pain.
This whole practice needs to be looked into by some regulatory agency, maybe insurance or Medicare. The practice seems to be about selling services/products OUTSIDE of insurance/Medicare. First, the waiting room is full of literature for trendy services/procedures such as weight loss, skin tightening, vaginal rejuvenation and other "cosmetic" type services. All cash procedures. Second, he sells his own "private label" supplements and vitamins right there in the waiting area/check-in. He ALWAYS recommends some of his products, walks you out and grabs stuff off the shelves and doesn't ask, but assumes you will be buying these. Also NOT covered by insurance or Medicare. Lastly; His "private label" vitamins are 3X the cost and exactly the same as any CVS or Rite-Aide!
I love Dr. Ali! I have been a patient for several years. He is so kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and sincere! His office staff is always helpful. His ARNP are great too! Highly recommend him!
The office staff who answer the phones are extremely rude. Wouldn't step foot in to see the doctor after dealing with the staff, up to and including the girl who identified herself as the office manager. Absolutely infuriating dealing with lackadaisical staff who don't care and have no remorse for treating you like garbage.
The best so far
Easy to get an appointment, horrible service past that point. There is no follow up, they can’t get prescriptions correct or even sent to the right specialty pharmacies, office staff can answer the phone and that’s about it, they always defer to the same woman or say “someone will call you back” which doesn’t happen. Dealing with elderly and auto-immune compromised patients requires attention to detail as disease can trigger and spread quickly. UPDATE: in response to your PROMPT (only prompt here but not the office???) and incorrect response, I’m not waiting on an appt. I’ve been trying to get my injection prescription that you prescribed for months now…. It seems the first time you tried, you did something wrong and it never went thru… this second time you sent it to a different express/mail order pharmacy and I can’t get in touch with anyone there who will actually help. Your office just keeps saying “we’ll call you back”. I’m glad I have to disclose my personal and private information here because you are either lying about the situation or unable to follow your patient charts (perfect example of why I submitted this review).
I just had my first visit with Dr. Ali. He took the time to get my history and listen to all my concerns. I am so glad I found this practice. The wait time was very reasonable -About 20 minutes.
Dr. Ali has been my Rheumatologist for several years. When I first went to his office I was in severe pain. He spent time with me reviewing my records, blood work and completed a thorough exam. He was very detailed in explaining RA to me and how we were going to address same. He has been able to get my RA under control. He is very caring, compassionate and empathetic. Recently I fell and injured my elbow. Dr. Ali sent me for x-rays and then for an MRI. The MRI revealed I had a fractured elbow. Dr. Ali followed up with me several times on the telephone and via email. Several times he was on line at 11:00 at night sending me an emails to check on me. He is an excellent Dr. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ali is very timely when you have an appointment. I have never waited very long to see him for my scheduled appointments. I highly recommend him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
