Dr. Nilsa Sanchez is WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, she listens to you and helps you on any concerns you might have, Dr. Sanchez does not rush you out of the room in which I appreciate it very much. Everyone at IMA is very nice and helpful and become like my 2nd family. I really look forward going to my appointments, The office is clean and they seem to have coffee and cookies when I arrive to have while I am waiting to be seen, I am always early for my appointment and the IMA Transportation is excellent and on time picking me up and taking me home. Thank you so much IMA Medical Group.

HORRIBLE! Unprofessional, rude, late and all around horrible experience the very first day! I switched providers the first day, well what was suppose to be my first day as it had to be rescheduled AFTER waiting a month to get in the first place never mind wasting my gas and time to get up there and due to their negligence they had to reschedule my appointment which would be almost another month out (for my doctor). Not to mention the secretary was very rude the entire time instead of being friendy or at least apologetic for the situation which I am almost sure was her error in the first place. Either or both were there in the office as this occured. Me being the person I am tried to resolve the matter and going out of my way to try and help and that wasn't recognized, let alone accepted. Horrible, please stay away. Clearly you care if your reading reviews, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS, & LIFE more importantly With this office!

This is a doctor who needs to be multiplied. Whether you are beginning a medical journey that will require an honorable and dedicated doctor, or have already been going through an existing medical jouney and are seeking another doctor to transfer to and/or obtain a second opinion from, or perhaps you only need a PCP .. not only will Dr. Nilsa Sanchez offer you a superior continuity of care, but she has and will go through any medical journey you may face with you, fully devoting herself to your ultimate care and treatment.
