I absolutely love the environment, the staff is always very pleasant and make you feel comfortable. I started 11/25 and down 10 pounds!! So excited for this journey and thankful for the guidance from the Nuviva staff.

First and foremost, yes you should definitely join. The staff are great, I’ve interacted with a few now and anything I need or have questions on they are there to help.Here is my why: for me it’s always been a struggle keeping weight off since my knee surgery and after trying before a weight loss clinic also in Tampa that didn’t work well (eating only protein is not sustainable) this one has been very realistic. I’ve tried the slim fast, weight watchers, keto, fasting, atkins, and down right starving efforts to try to lose weight but although there would be some satisfaction it would be temporary before gaining it all back and more. I’ve done physical therapy and personal training but at the end of the day if you aren’t looking after your eating habits no amount of gym time is going to help you lose the weight or live healthy long term.I am currently only in the first phase but already I’ve lost more weight than the previous weight loss program (not Nurviva) and I’m below 240lbs for the first time in nearly 4 years. I gave myself the Christmas gift of health for my upcoming birthday and honestly I’m very happy with the progress. This lifestyle change is something I can handle without feeling starved or feeling weak. Excited to see the next phase and more. My heaviest was 265lbs and now today I’m over 20 lbs lighter and it hasn’t even been a month. My complexion is better, energy levels are up, I’m less winded and I have had less pain from the knee surgery. Best decision I’ve made especially through the holiday season to hold myself accountable.Have you ever heard of LOSING weight during the HOLIDAYS?! Me neither but it actually works and I’m an example of that. Now let’s get back to where I was pre surgery!
