Can’t say enough about this place. They really came through in an emergency for contacts. Eduardo was amazing.

They were so helpful and kind. I called last minute needing contacts and they helped me immediately and i will forever be thankful. Eduardo is the best!

We were in desperate need for some last minute contacts and Eduardo was the biggest help. We called last minute and we were able to stop by and pick up a sample set of contacts. This saved our vacation and we are so thankful Eduardo and Optical Outlets!

i was a little skeptical of going to this place just because of the past reviews. and let me tell you the first 2 minutes of being in there the reviews matched just that. but the store manager sandra CAN READ A ROOM and quickly jumped in. she turned the entire experience around. her customer service is 10/10. very knowledgeable and helpful!

I see the owner replying to all these reviews about the terrible customer service but no change. I walk in, no one greets me and I’m standing by the door after I put my name down and reason why I’m here, I had to make an announcement to someone I’m here for an appointment. Nothing is said, I’m just handed a clipboard and wasn’t told to have a seat. One of employees were on the phone for their personal use, burped out loud and laughed thinking she’s cute. Then while waiting for my turn, all you can hear in the room is her obnoxious laughter, jokes, and rude remarks about patients when they leave. She usually wears a messy bun on her head with hoop earrings. Cant miss it. Terrible customer service. I’d rate 0 if I could. DONT COME HERE

Absolutely the worst experience from optical outlets they are extremely unprofessional when it comes with making appointments and giving contacts with no prescription in them. The employees who pick up the phone are so clueless when it comes with doing their jobs. Don’t waste you’re time with optical outlets other eye care centers in the area who actually knows how todo their jobs.

Great service! This was my second visit. Optometrist was pleasant and professional and Sandra, the Store Manager, was so kind and patient. Would recommend!

Sandra was freaking awesome helping my daughter find the right glasses that fit her and that she loved. She was a sweet heart and the doctor was amazing as well! He took his time with her.

Dr. Goldstein is the best! I’ve had my two girls here to see her and she’s very thorough. She’s also a mom which makes her so caring & relatable. Last week, I called in for a possible concern with my daughter’s eyes. Dr. Goldstein had us come in just to ease my mind. The rest of the staff is pleasant as well, and the office is always clean. Highly recommend!
