Terrible service , I had my exam the first id February 2023 , seven days I was called to pick up my glasses , I was handed my glasses and was told to read the leaflet, to my surprise I couldn’t read anything, I looked at the lenses with my current glasses and they were all scratched, so bad that I thought they were probably the demo glasses! I literally could not see out of them , they made me another appointment to come back and have mt eyes examined again so I made an appointment the doctor adjusted my prescription and told the staff to recheck the bifocal no one knew how to do it , and them one employee said she knew how and supposedly rechecked them , they ordered me new glasses three weeks went by and no one called me , so I called and was told I already picked them up ! There was no documentation that I never took possession of them ! Anyway I received a call a few days later stating it would take at least three to four weeks to get my glasses because the manager sends everything in at the end of the month ! Make along story short I finally got a text went to get my glasses and still could not read anything, the doctor examined my eyes again mine you this is three eye exams ! The dr made adjustments the office manager took my measurements and said it would be two weeks before my glasses would be ready ! It is now three weeks later I haven’t heard anything so far called the call center said my glasses had been ready since March 2 nd , I thought that was odd no one called or text me to pick up my glasses! I went to pick them up and it appeared they had not been updated as I could not read anything! The glasses were not wrapped in plastic just put in the eye glass case and handed to me ! I have never in my life experienced anything like this , needless to say these glasses were $800 and I am now trying to get a refund! Terrible service dr was good but staff and whom ever makes these glasses I have nothing good to say about them !

I was hesitant on coming here due to but I just needed a new contacts prescription, my insurance was accepted and there were appointments next day. All of the staff was very pleasant. Dr Gitan went through multiple types of contacts to see which fit my eye the best. Nothing but a nice experience.

I received the best customer service. Marisleidy was very helpful and made my experience here the best. She made finding glasses that fit my style so easy, will definitely recommend coming here !

Excellent service, Everyone is fast and efficient I was helped by Mari she is very patient and kind as well has her coworkers! They are a great team and all very friendly, Definitely recommend.

Lovely experience, will definitely come back for yearly exams & more. Monserrat was the person who helped me. Highly recommend her, she is professional. But above all she is all about taking care of her customer. Got me the best price I’ve ever gotten on glasses before.
