Optical has such a brilliant selection of eyewear! It’s a must go to see and get a pair or two of eyewear, just to upgrade your looks :)

Earlier this month I had an eye exam by optomotrist Elliot Stupp who made an off color remark - quite offensive and unprofessional. Said the glasses made from exam results would be out of focus when viewing porn sites. Worse yet, when I went to pick up my glasses and try them on the vision was no better than without them on. I was willing to give company a chance to correct the problem right but each time I spoke to someone at the Port Charlotte store things became more and more confusing and conflicting so I decided to get my money back ... which I did.

Had to go back twice and STILL lenses were not right. Out almost $400 after insurance for glasses that are worthless!! Ladies in the front are friendly but that doesn’t help my eyesight…very disappointing

The girl at the front desk called Jaylene made me waste my time. I called to her twice to be sure if they accepted my insurance and she told me yes, so that in the end at the time of my appointment she told me that they did not accept my insurance without saying Sorry, she was very rude with me. I don't understand how a person like her that who has several negative comments, continues to work with customer service.Terrible service.

I wanted a pair of jazzy blue frames and the staff was very helpful. Found a frame I love and only had to wait a week for the finished product.

I had an excellent experience with everyone at Optical Outlets. I was referred to them by my insurance provider. I was able to get right in for an appointment and the service was outstanding for all the people who represent this facility. When I made the appointment the woman on the phone even offered some information for the location! I have respect and admiration for the doctor who was very thorough and showed concern for me to achieve the best results for my eye exam. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great experience and results and options for their eye sight. In addition, they mentioned my glasses would take a week to arrive and I received a call yesterday they have arrived. I am picking up today! I also wrote them a thank you note and will give to them this evening upon picking up after work. Appreciate they are open until 6:00pm

Este es el peor sitio para ir si pudiera dales les daría -0 ellos tienen que cambiar de personal la mujer que atiende parece ser la manager es alta, delgada, no se el nombre no tiene tacto para hablar con los clientes no sabe tampoco los beneficios que ofrecen los seguros incluso sabiendo que es medicaid o no quiso darnos el servicio ella hace que optical outlets pierda dinero ya que no quiere ni dar las gafas que el seguro da.

AVOID this company and all of their locations. They lied me trying not to schedule a recheck for contacts. Also with the glasses I have a distortion view. And they said “it’s a matter of time while you get used to…”. That’s being made to prevent recheks. And more over they charge you completely upfront and when you try to correct issues with the vision they stick to their “Non-Refundanle” policy. In my case they gave me EXPIRED contact lenses. I don’t know how the State of Florida license a business like this. AVOID this place. DO NOT TRUST your eyes to this company.

I love this place! I already have prescription and information there, always order and go by there to pick up my contacts. Bought my glasses there before and they did amazing jobs! Always receive great service by the staffs and doctors. I was treated with care by the doctor and staffs treated with respect. Been going there for four years now. I would really recommend this optical outlets location to anyone in need of glasses or contacts.! (:
