Had a appointment today 12noonWent signed in never called asked M.A why haven't I been called to my surprise another M.ACame and asked that I pick out my glasses Which I informed her I never seen Doctor.. Doctor came out and stated he never seen me and pointed out another client he saw under my name and prescribed her glasses under my name Because we have the same first name no one thought to use last name I then called My Insurance company to make sure I am not billed

The delay was from the lab and not from the store . They replaced them for us at their expense . Thank you optical outlets !

I had an appointment today for an eye exam and to order glasses. Between Barbra, Delena and Dr Ye (spelling) my experience was wonderful! They were kind and very professional. Thank you Optical Outlet!

I LOVE this place of business (I am always satisfied with my eye exams & glasses ) everyone is so personal and treat clients equally ! My favorites is Dr.Hernandez, Dr. Kevin Smith,O.D Dr. M Sami ,Mgr. Paula ,Dailin, Natalie and Evelyn they make this place feel like YOU matter! Thank you and God bless you ALL

I went here only because it was close to my job. The first appt. was fine and the lady who helped me was very nice. Went to pick up my glasses a week later they made them wrong and had to be sent back. So when they said that they had gotten there a week later I called that day to make sure which was a sat. the lady who answered was very nasty on the phone and didn't let me finish talking and said we don't get delivery's on sat and hung up on me while I was trying to simple ask to just check and see if they had arrived the day before because i was in the area . Very unprofessional and rude. next time ill go some where else.
