We have worked with Dr Ricalde and her team since 2012. We have had an incredible experience!

She was wonderful in treating both my boys. She did a tonsillectomy and adenoid surgery on my 4 year old. She gave me a second opinion on my other son who was told he needed a cranial helmet. He ended up being perfect without one like she said.

Not only is Dr. Ricalde amazing but her staff, specifically Liz is THE BEST! Liz went above and beyond for me when dealing with the Hospital about billing. My surgery went smoothly and I appreciated the time Dr. Ricalde spent with me to answer all my questions. I have had no pain since my surgery, which has significantly improved my quality of life. Thank you Dr. Ricalde and Liz for everything you’ve done for me!

I received 4 phone calls in 1 hour by a lady named Doris on the day before my appointment asking about insurance. Mind you, I schedule the appointment two weeks prior. She then insinuated that i gave her an outdated insurance card because they could not find it. It was frustrating working with the staff. I chose to cancel my appointment because these people couldn't even find my insurance policy. My primary dentist bills it with no issue. I didn't feel comfortable with them billing my insurance properly or taking care of me so it wasn't worth my time. I feel sorry for the surgeon Dr. Zeidan. He might of been excellent but the staff didn't make it worth the hassle.

I went there to get treatment for TMJ issues and related pain and was referred to Dr. Alfred Tennant. He was extremely arrogant, rude and condescending. The only thing he seemed to care about was getting me to spend $800 on a prescription night guard that I already had from a dentist. He even told me he wasn’t there to treat TMJ but only to treat the related pain. The staff at this facility was at least extremely helpful though and was able to get me an appointment relatively quickly. If you are suffering from TMJ issues, I would not recommend to go to this facility to see Dr Alfred Tennant.

Extremely unorganized, unprofessional and the front office staff is downright rude. After three visits nothing was accomplished and the answers to my questions are still unresolved. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

Primera vez que visito esta oficina y fue horrible, fui con un dolor de TMJ y el dr. Alfred tennant no hizo nada para aliviar mi dolor como dr, no sirve , no lo recomiendo para nada si es un problema con en TMJ de verdad como dr. No sirve pague $305 y fueron botados porque no hizo nada la único bueno qué hay en esa oficina es la secretaria hispana , los otros nada que ver

Let me just say do not waste YOUR TIME !! These people are extremely unprofessional and rude !! I HAD A SURGEY SET months ago , they took payment to get a call from hospital day before stating my insurance still hasn’t been approved and it’s because this OFFICE didn’t submit the papers in !! And I was advised that they aren’t allowed to take payment until it has been approved !! Now I am not entitled to be upset !! And the office staff hangs up on your face when expressing !! Please do not waste time or money here !! They have two offices so be mindful and do your research I’m new to Florida so they got me !! Don’t allow it !!!

Dr. Ricalde helped my daughter with her recessed chin and did a fantastic job. Dr. Ricalde and her entire team from the office to the surgery center were absolutely fantastic. My daughter feels so much better all the way around. Thank you Dr. Ricalde and all involved.
