Me siento muy satisfecha de este lugar mis tres hijos asisten aquí con la DR. Rosa gaud, con ella ya mis hijos se sienten en confianza, tengo tres años visitando este sitio y todo el equipo es fabuloso, tantos los médicos , como las enfermera y la Manager , siempre están atentos para resolver cualquier inquietud, inconvenientes que puedas tener para el momento de asistir a una consulta, los nenes elegieron a Rosa como su doctora primaria y actualmente acabo de tener una bebé y también elegí la opción de que la atienda ella y me va de lo mejor.

Absolutely love, adore and greatly appreciate this location! Dr. Gaud is amazing and is always a pleasure to see. Both of my children are comfortable in her presence and she provides such a positive energy for them. The nurses are always so amazing; genuine conversations while continuing to remain professional & making sure the child at hand feels nothing but comfort. The whole office makes you feel like a personal friend. I drive almost an hour just to bring my children to this amazing facility and will continue to do so for as long as possible!

Dr. Enid Gaud has made visiting the doctor fun and educational for my child. She is so personable and practical. She looks for solutions and also coaches us parents so we’re well informed. I appreciate her being supportive of a busy schedule with several options to contact her and get the care we need. The staff is very friendly and professional. Very highly recommended. Thank you, Doctora! We truly appreciate you!

Dr Enid Gaud is a gem (my kiddo says she is magical). We’re so grateful for the excellent care she provides for our kids. She’s competent & compassionate, thorough & knowledgeable. It’s obvious that she cares about her patients by the way she listens & follows up. As parents, we love how she explains things carefully so we leave feeling confident in the care plans that she puts in place. I cannot recommend her highly enough! If you are looking for a pediatrician that will make your children feel treasured, at ease, and reassured, then you have found her in Dr Gaud. She is such an inspiration and blessing!

The best clinic you can choose for your children. Dr. Saldarriaga, the best, her staff is incredible. They speak Spanish and English and explain everything to you very well. Even if you have a setback with something, when you call they solve everything. 100% recommended.

I absolutely love Dr. Jones but the call center and options are a joke. They wouldn’t release my son’s medical records for his surgery and told me I had to wait a month for them. I called back after receiving a call to go over results from an ultra sound and talk next steps. There was not an option for anything close to that when you call and when I finally got someone I had to jump through a ton of hoops and still could not tell me anything. If they call you to go over results they should be giving you a direct line to talk to someone. It has been the most frustrating experience.

Repeat offender of terrible experiences, this is just one. We have since moved to Children's medical center in Westchase. We have had a terrible experience. First, getting an appointment was a nightmare. They had multiple no-shows where I arrived on time only to be told that the doctor wasn't available. When I finally did see the doctor, they were late by over an hour with no apology or explanation. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing good care. I felt rushed during the consultation, and my questions were barely addressed. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pediatric care.

After a 2 hour wait time with a newborn, Dr. Rosa Gaud was abrasive and insensitive with her care and I would highly suggest she consider a speciality outside of pediatrics. I 1000% do not recommend this practice particularly for infants.
