El servicio médico no es muy competitivo y el servicio de referidos es horrible. Por 3 ocasiones de oficinas de especialistas me fueron canceladas las citas porque ese departamento no trabaja con prontitud las solicitudes, luego le echan la culpa al seguro médico, cuando me comunico con el seguro médico ellos ni tan siquiera habían enviado la solicitud de referido. Así también e encontrado dificultad con las firmas para servicios fuera de la oficina para mi madre que es paciente de Alzheimer.

This doctor came into the waiting room 3 times to see how many patience were in the waiting room, I waited over an hour to be put in a room once in a room another hour. The doctor was more concerned about my nationality then my reason why I was there, I felt that he was profiling me the questions he asked were very unprofessional and he made excuses why I should not get my medication. I would NOT recommend this doctor!

If I could give zero stars, I would. He is extremely rude. I went with my father to get some answers about his diagnosis and treatment options and he asked if I had a power of attorney with my father sitting right there. It seemed he didn’t want me there because my father is older and easier to manipulate. Me being there was not convenient for the doctor. He continued to say without a bone Marr biopsy he couldn’t diagnose my father yet didn’t think one was necessary. No possibility of a treatment plan without a diagnosis either but he turned every potential option I suggested because of my fathers age. He is just horrible.

I'm looking for a new PCP and i came across this lead. I contacted his office to schedule an appointment. the automated system was great. it gave me an expectation of how long i would be holding (which was 2 minutes). I got someone on the phone who answered and asked me to hold. It took 10 minutes for this person to come back on the phone. highly unacceptable.

I saw him just 1 time and refuse to see him again, Extremely rude and the question he asked was way too personal and felt extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend this doctor
