Dr. Henkin killed my twin brother with his reckless driving. He has never apologized.

He treated my husband with immediate reduction of pain for sciatica. His office bulletin board (4) is filled with Thank-you notes from patients! Very impressive!

It has been a year and a half since my last spinal surgery with Dr. Henkin. I feel 100% great! I came to him when I was 68 years old in 2018. I am 73 now. I never expected to feel this good! For 30 years I had suffered from degenerative disc disease, bone spurs, severe stenosis, etc. Life had been a long struggle despite constant exercising, home neck traction, ibuprofen, muscle relaxants, etc.! I never took pain pills. I worked hard! I want people to know that he saved my life with 4 outstanding surgeries, which are described below. I would be a wheelchair-bound, pain-suffering cripple were it not for him. Please read my story. - In December 2018 and January 2019 Dr Henkin did carpal tunnel surgery on both my hands. It was completely successful and ended years of misery. In February 2019 he did 4 1/2 hour surgery on my neck. It was anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with a steel plate and screws. It involved three levels, and he replaced three discs. It was completely successful without any problems at all. After 30 years of misery, I now have a new lease on life and feel terrific. He was always kind and polite. I think he is an exceptionally talented surgeon and I feel very fortunate to have found him. And recently in January 2022 he did a keyhole lumbar laminotomy For severe stenosis and numbness and pain in my legs and feet. Yet again it was successful and gave me another lease on life. Dr. Henkin gave me my life back. It's like a true miracle. I had stenosis and there was bone growth pressing on the sciatic nerve and I was in constant pain. I had trouble walking and my lower back would go numb with pain shooting down my legs. Now it's all gone, and i'm back to 100% after only 3 months. I can't thank him enough, plus he has great support staff, such as Danielle, who was so kind and helpful navigating me through the insurance process. I highly recommend Dr. Henkin!

Once again, this man saved my life. He operated on me in 2018 with a fusion and left me pain free. Fast forward 4 years and the bone growth grew pressing on my nerve and he went back in again in 2022 and shaved it down and left me pain free again. I will always be eternally grateful to Dr Henkin. Trust this man. He knows what he is doing even if you have to wait 3 hours. He is well worth the wait. 💕

I had sciatic nerve pain from a cyst pushing on the nerve. After surgery, I don’t have anymore pain. I would recommend Dr Henkin to anyone.

I am beyond thankful to have had Dr. Henkin perform my anterior cervical discectomy fusion of my c6-8. If you need an amazing neurosurgeon he is the one to take care of you! He is kind, compassionate, and able to sit and talk with you about how he can help in the most caring way. He made sure my incision site would not be noticeable after it completely heals. I will not have any body image issues I have to deal with now because he took the time during surgery to do that. His staff in his office (Jason and Danielle) go above and beyond to help with appointments and any paperwork or questions you may have for insurance or work. I was so impressed with his staff at Brandon Regional from the pre-op area all the way to the unit floor afterwards they were flawless in helping me. Dr. Henkin’s OR staff were so kind and explained everything in detail that was going to happen to me so I would be comfortable and know I was in good hands. My surgery experience was one that almost seems to good to be true but Dr. Henkin and his staff are that good! So do not have any doubts if you are thinking of having him care for you with any of your medical needs he will be the right choice. I also know that I prayed hard for the right surgeon to take care of me and I was Blessed to see the results of my prayer in action!
