The experience I had here today was unpleasant. As a new patient I would.recommend not to come her nor will.income back.. They make you come in 45mins early go fill out paper work. They had me wait an hour and half and still no doctor. I walked out no one should ever have to wait this long to see a doctor.. No one ever came to my room and said a few minutes long.. Horrible service

I would like to thank the wonderful staff at Florida Pain relief for always showing how much you care and helping me with my pain. lt's been a rocky rd. And Due to some very unprofessional things that happened there l had made up my mind to find another clinic. But l would like to thank Jasmine who reassured me & encouraged me that changes had be made and things were gonna get better. l trusted what she said and stayed with Florida pain clinic on fletcher Ave. l'm so glad l did because l see the change. And l'm so happy l stayed. I like this Dr. O , he is very well aware of my health condition and has been coaching me about how to care for my well being . The office knows who you are and acknowledges by name. The time is no more than 30 minutes of care for you. Thank you Dr. O for keeping me on my feet

For years, the staff has been a pleasure to deal with. Pain is such a personal journey and hard to find people that can empathize and have a level of understanding and compassion.

Dr. O is a very compassionate physician who truly cares about his patients.His entire staff are professional & friendly. Jasime always greets patients with a big smile & always pleasant no matter how busy she is...she was able to resolve an Rx issue I had with the insurance company very quickly & followed up with me as soon as it was resolved. Jasmine is an ASSET to the front office.Jessie from the surgical center is always right on top of things to have your procedures authorized & keeps you apprised of the authorization process. She is a true proffesional!!Dr. O & his staff deserves TEN STARS!!!!

If you call to make an appt on a Friday afternoon they will act like they can’t hear you and like you don’t have any service just so they don’t have to do their job. I have called multiple times (I have full bars and all other calls are turning out fine) to try and get my appt scheduled and to get the info to go get my MRI and get a prescription and I can’t talk to a single decent human being. The one person I did talk to kept cutting me off. Once I asked them to stop talking and listen to what I am saying, he listened then hung up on me. I’m not even sure if I got an appt scheduled.You will get no where with this place. Just go somewhere else.

My visit was pleasant and enlightening.Personnel is very informative and helpful.I didn't have to wait very long at all..

They have given me my life back. With the traumeel and zeel injections my pain is so manageable I can function again.

All the good folk who work there make you feel special.
