My only complaint is the time of my cataract surgery on 5/7/26.( 5:45 am). I specifically asked for a an afternoon time slot or mid morning. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The doctor and the medical staff were excellent and took great care of my father during his surgery. Everything about the experience was professional and smooth. However, I am very disappointed with one of the front desk girls. This is the second time she has treated me with a very rude and disrespectful attitude. Customer service at the front desk is very important, especially in a medical office where patients and families are already stressed. Aside from her behavior, everything else was excellent.

My husband’s eye surgery came out better than we could have imagined. She was very thorough with everything. The follow up visits are thorough as well. A++++
