I was looking to get a neck lift and maybe something to help with my 50 year-old jowls. First, let me say that the free consultation Dr Rich is not with him but with a surgical coordinator. You don’t even meet him until a couple of weeks before surgery after you’ve paid a deposit. I thought that was odd. Along with the surgery coordinator at ImageLift, I also had a $75 consultation with a very young surgeon in Tampa who I felt was just too inexperienced, and a surgeon in the Villages.There was another facial plastic surgeon I wanted a consultation with, but he was scheduling almost a year out. I decided to go with Rich Castellano because I was simply tired of the process of finding a surgeon. He did a mid-lift, neck lift and Sculptura (permanent filler). The procedure was uneventful, but when I went to my one week follow-up it was not with my surgeon but a nurse. None of my follow-up appointments were with him. About 6 months post-op I made an appointment because I wasn’t super happy with my results…some wrinkle bands still on my neck along with jowling (I was told I could expect this lift to last until I was 70). I arrived 15 min before my appointment, and he was standing right there inside the office. I was taken back for photos and to a room where I then waited for 45 minutes. Amy said he was in surgery. What?! I just saw him. Why would he start surgery when he had a follow up appointment scheduled at the same time? After an hour, I was tired of waiting and had to reschedule. Amy offered a free facial, but it was Dr Rich who was a no-show, not her, so I declined. When I went back to the rescheduled appointment, Dr Rich used a line about short-term memory and basically we forget what we used to look like—as if I wasn’t actually seeing what I saw. He suggested I get $5k more of additional filler (but on sale for $3k). This was only 7 months post-op that already included permanent filler. So soon? EDIT: To make matters worse he is saying he doesn’t recall me as a patient, yet he offered to do a free revision with $5k of filler (no longer on sale). Two weeks prior to the free “redo” surgery (Jan ‘24), I decided against it. Why keep getting my skin tightened if the underlying muscles aren’t lifted too? I booked a deep plane facelift out of state, no filler necessary to keep me coming back year after year for more treatments as my cheeks were placed back where they belong. My results with Dr Rich were good for 6 months. I wish I would’ve done better research.

I had a facial with Maria.She was very professional, and I always thought I had normal skin , Maria informed me I have very dry skin and I am very thankful for informing me. I will change my daily facial routine because of her information. She also trimmed my eyebrows, I never let anyone trim them because as we get older, our eyebrows thin out.Maria did an excellent job. Facelift tomorrow morning! 15 Years ago, Dr. Richard Castellano did my facelift and the results were exactly what I wanted. Believe me, it took at least 15 years off my face!!! It honestly changed my life. I had my surgery on a Friday and was back at work on Tuesday, looking a little worse for the wear. ?? Dr. Rich truly is an artist and I am so thrilled to have him as my surgeon.

I have been going to image lift for a while now and I am extremely happy with the staff and my amazing injector Jennifer! Her personality and the way she takes her time to make sure her work is perfect is amazing! She is the best!!!!! I would highly recommend her! I have had a couple of facials from Maria and I have great experiences both times. Her facials are amazing! She takes her time with you, makes you feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable in her industry. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Jen is my new favorite Dr!! After my old lip filler migrated, two doctors (both at separate board certified practices) couldn’t seem to get them quite right. I have a visible scar on my top lip which is one of the main (not to mention very noticeable), reasons I get it filled. Dr Jen was able to dissolve MORE migration that the last doctor missed, during that appointment, Dr Jen also balanced my lips so they were symmetrical the, and upon my second appointment, a couple of weeks later, she was able to give me back my normal lips that I deem necessary for my media clips and photo work -I cannot thank her enough! All of the staff at Image are amazing, including Erin and Katia. 10/10 recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
