I was looking to get a neck lift and maybe something to help with my 50 year-old jowls. First, let me say that the free consultation Dr Rich touts is not with him but with a surgical coordinator that cannot tell you if his procedure is deep-plane or not. You don’t get a consultation until a couple of weeks before surgery after you’ve paid a deposit. I thought that was odd. Along with the surgery coordinator at ImageLift, I also had a $75 consultation with a very young surgeon in Tampa who I felt was just too inexperienced, and a surgeon in the Villages.There was another facial plastic surgeon I wanted a consultation with, but he was scheduling almost a year out. I decided to go with Rich Castellano because I was simply tired of the process of finding a surgeon. He did a mid-lift, neck lift and Sculptura (permanent filler). The procedure was uneventful, but when I went to my one week follow-up it was with my surgeon but a nurse. None of my follow-up appointments were with him. Odd. About 6 months post-op I made an appointment because I wasn’t super happy with my results…some wrinkle bands still on my neck and jowling (I was told I could expect this lift to last until I was 70). I arrived 5 min before my appointment, and he was standing right there inside the office. I was taken back for photos and to a room where I then waited for 45 minutes. Amy said he was in surgery. What?! I just saw him. Why would he start surgery when he had a follow up appointment scheduled at the same time? After an hour, I was tired of waiting and had to reschedule. Amy offered a free facial, but it was Dr Rich who was a no-show, not her so I declined. When I went back to the rescheduled appointment, Dr Rich used a line about short-term memory and basically we forget what we used to look like. As if I wasn’t actually seeing what I saw. Gaslighting, if you will. He suggested I get $5k more of additional filler (but he’ll give it to me for sale price $3k). This was only 7 months post-op that already included permanent filler. What? So soon? He spends a lot of time trying to drum up business in the guise of educational seminars, but do your due diligence.

Facelift tomorrow morning! 15 Years ago, Dr. Richard Castellano did my facelift and the results were exactly what I wanted. Believe me, it took at least 15 years off my face!!! It honestly changed my life. I had my surgery on a Friday and was back at work on Tuesday, looking a little worse for the wear. ?? Dr. Rich truly is an artist and I am so thrilled to have him as my surgeon.

Had my complementary facial with Maria Esparza and she was amazing! So friendly and made me feel so good about my face when she was done! Never had a facial anywhere else that made my face feel tight and so clean! I would highly recommend her at Image Lift in Tampa,Florida.

Maria was fantastic! After years of just using regular face scrubs Maria educated me on why that isn’t the best solution for my face. I learned about the type of skin I have, what products were the best, and how many times a week I should use them. She’s a rockstar!!!! Thank you so much for the most relaxing and rewarding experience I have had in a very long time. I will definitely stop by to see Maria again and also to pick up the products she recommended. Just leaving a review for Maria, she did my first ever facial :) She is not only patient but from the moment she starts your facial she explains problematic areas and how to fix your skin the right way (hydration,foods) she kept me informed the whole way all the while extremely educated in her line of business! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Jen is great. You cannot feel a thing when she is injecting. She is just amazing.

I have nothing but amazing words to say about my fabulous experience at ImageLift with Maria Esparza, who gave me the most amazing facial I have ever had. Since the moment I entered the room, she made me feel welcomed and made sure that I was comfortable. She is very friendly and professional at the same time. My skin felt like silk, and felt like that for several days. I could not believe that my face looked like that and so good without any makeup. I just adore Jennifer Gold, the Injection Queen. Just when I think she has completed her "magic" on my face, she goes and outdoes it all again. She has successfully managed to knock twenty years off my face. What an uplifting jolt when she hands you the mirror to view the finished product. Wish I had met her decades ago.

I had such a wonderful experience with Maria Esparza who took such great care of me. Her microdermabrasion skin care treatment made my facial skin looking very fresh and rejuvenated. On top of that she also did massages on my neck and arms which made me feel very relaxed. By the end of the session I was absolutely feeling fantastic. My face looked so alive and radiant. It surely made my day so awesome. I can't thank Maria enough. She is truly amazing. Imagelift also has a very warm, professional, and friendly staff.
