Friendly and caring staff!
A very good doctor, who takes time to listen, and explain.
If you need a refill of your medication forget it. The hoops I’ve had to go through for him to sign a piece of paper is ridiculous. I started this process 2 months ago to get my prescription covered. First they lost the paper I brought in, then they said I needed to make an appointment before he would sign it and said they would call when something opened up, but I never got a call about any openings until I started calling every other day and now 2 months later I’m out of medication and will have to wait for this program to process all because he refused to sign a paper to help me cover my medication that costs $500 monthly out of pocket….. my hematologist I had in Virginia would have never done this to me. Leaving me without any medication that I need to prevent blood clots. I’m only 30, and I’ve had 6 blood clots in my lifetime… does not care at all about his patients. Really disappointed in how a doctor treats a patient who needs life saving medication. I lost my job last year and haven’t been able to find any work that offers health insurance. I’m sure money has something to do with it, can’t sign a paper unless he gets paid right? I’ve had amazing hematologists I could send paper work anytime and they would sign it within the week. After this I will be finding a new hematologist that actually cares that their patients have their medication and their well-being.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
