I would give this office 6 stars if I could. The entire office staff is extraordinary and will go the extra mile to make sure my health is taken care of. I would highly highly recommend coming here for your care if you want to feel seen and as a priority!

My experience with Dr. Garcia and his staff was excellent, but they lack commitment with their clients. I would recommend before accepting any allergy treatment, that you are able to go by their availability to see you for shots. If you are not able to work around their schedule, then I highly recommend going some place else.

We drive 45 minutes with our infant in hopes we can figure out what his allergy could be. We showed up early so I filled out all new patient forms etc. Was called to come in at 10:40 (appointment was at 11:15) a receptionist came in to take his temperature and asked his weight (2 minute interaction at most). Then didn’t see a single soul after. We ended up walking out at 12 due to waiting over an hour. Do not waste your time, effort or money on this place.

Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else

I wasn’t going to post my opinion about Roberto Garcia. I was going to let my bad experience go and move on. But today I received a bill for my visit. My insurance covers most of it, so it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. While I was in the office they performed a “baseline” test for asthma (which I told them I don’t have) and billed $369 to my insurance company. It’s doctor’s like Roberto that cause out insurance premiums to stay sky high by performing unnecessary tests. Regarding my visit, I had an appointment scheduled for noon and it wasn’t until I threatened to leave at 1:30 that Roberto decided to see me. When he came in he apologized for the delay and said that he had patients with bigger issues than me that took more time. This was my first (and last visit) so I’m not sure how he knew what was wrong with me. He asked about other health issues I had and told me they came from playing football when I was younger and ranted about how football was the worst thing to happen to the black community. He proceeded to tell me that my problems come from my dog and I should cage her in my laundry room and rip up all the carpets in my house. He’d ask about issues I was having, but as soon as I’d start talking he’d cut me off and blame me for the problem. DO NOT under any circumstances visit him. He’s the rudest SOB I’ve ever met and he’s very lucky that I’ve been trying to work on my stress because I would’ve told him how I felt face to face and I wouldn’t have been very nice. Based on other comments, I’m sure he’ll jump on her and have something slick to say.

I don't recommend this site. Terrible customer service. I called a week ago to request an appointment and they gave it to me for today. At the time of requesting the appointment, I gave them my insurance information and they said yes, they would accept it. I drove 45 minutes to get here and they tell me that they don't accept my insurance and that I have to pay for the consultation if I decide to receive the care. $350 + $500+ for a skin test. After I made arrangements at work to be able to attend this appointment, they told me that they had called me yesterday to double check my insurance information and that they do that 1 day before the appointment, which seems like a very short amount of time considering that you have to make arrangements to be able to attend an appointment. I find it disrespectful to the patient.

Drove 45 minutes got there early they let us come in early and still waited over an hour kept telling us he would be in shortly never saw him so walked out i won’t ever go back and would never recommend anyone to go there
