Wonderful, thorough, so Blessed to have found this Doctor. He takes the time to explain things. He also has an amazing, caring staff.
Don’t use this doctor. Almost anyone would be a better choice. His incomplete report was 7 months late to my primary care. The billing is atrocious in spite of having recipients we are billed anew every month. This is insurance fraud and Medicare fraud. Terrible doctor.
The receptionist should really work on her attitude. Certainly won’t be coming here because I don’t need to be dealing with rude people that hate their jobs and take it out on patients.
I was first seen by this office and had a great experience. Went in for a new patient appointment and then a stress test a week or so later. The clinical staff I worked with could not have been nicer and more professional. I have a high deductible health plan, so I asked prior each appointment what my out of pockets costs would be with the in network discount. I paid $354 for the new patient appointment and the $815 for the stress test. I felt I would at least get closer to my deductible so no worries. In August I noticed that my stress test claim had not been submitted so I called and spoken with someone who said, that it takes 2-3 months for my insurance to process the claims. (Not true). The claim was finally processed on 9/1 and I looked at the EOB and I had not been charged fee scheduled rates but the off the street fee for service rate. I waited until 9/13 to call the office to see how I was going to get my money back. The is when I encountered the “office manager”. I questioned why they did not reach out the UHC to get the correct amount and voiced my frustrations with the fact I have overpaid almost 5 months ago. She also said to me that there are 1000’s of insurance plans and they can’t know all of them. I reminded her they have a portal they should be using. The more I pressed the defensive she got and even tried the “ I will let the doctor know about this call” threat. At the time I requested a callback from the doctor himself.I called the next day and spoke with the same person who gave me some lame excuse about the money coming over in a batch payment on Thursday 9/16 and someone would call me to get my cc info.On 9/19 no call back- I call and the office manager is on the phone. Someone else takes my info and commits to a call back. No call as of close of business, I call get on hold for ten minutes to be told by the office manager that my payment came in today and that it needed to be processed.I was not happy. I asked why I have to constantly follow up with her and she states she is doing “the best she can under circumstances “. I pushed back and reminder her that they created this issue and are making it worse with poor communication and laziness.Sad part is he is a great doctor with great clinical staff. However he needs to invest in training for his awfulAdmin staff and office manager.

Dr refused to call me when I asked to speak with him about service.
Very please with Dr Randall and Staff. Well run office and diagnostic center. Lon says Hey.
Superb, in every respect. My first visit to a local Cardiologist, having another Heart Dr. in another town. The distance resulted in too infrequent checkups. My wife and I were concerned about my APHIB prior to leaving on a lengthy trip tomorrow, and wanted some assurance that the trip was advisable. I cannot express how impressed I was with Dr. Randall and his excellent staff, so much so that I fully plan to rely on Dr. Randall in the future for my Cardio needs.
I had 5 days to get some specialists appointments booked and testing done, to be cleared for a surgery. I was delighted that Dr. Randall made this happen for me. I came in, prepared to hear it wasn't going to happen. But Dr. Randall and all of his assistants/nurses kicked into high gear, and did what needed to be done. I got my surgery and am on the recovery journey.I would recommend Dr. Randall for any and all cardio issues. Thank you to his entire office for such a quick and pleasant experience.♥️
The WORST! Do not see this quack of a doctor or office. They have NO idea how to run an office and refuse patients and cause them more stress upon arrival. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and ignore you when you ask them any questions.
I have been seeing Dr Randall for 10 years now. From all my experiences I have/do recommend him to all my friends and family. Very impressed with his ability.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
