After searching for a doctor that would actually listen instead of treating me like everyone else, I finally found Dr Koshy. He is personable, empathetic, very thorough and makes sure you have no questions or concerns before ending your session.. His assistant Gillian is kind and patient and eases your anxiety that many times precedes a doctors appointment. In essence, all staff contact I have had at Dr Koshy's office have been top notch professionals. In this day and age when everyone is in such a rush, it's good to know I am being treated with respect and catered to my unique needs.

Try to get an answer or a call back it will NEVER happen! Always changing appointment times and then they’re virtual. Additionally you’re supposed to guess to get the lab work done before appointment! Pathetic healthcare! :(

I am trying to get an appointment with this doctor, always the call is going on voice mail and says they will call me back. Not sure if this doctor services are active or not.

Dr. Koshy is the best! I’m so sad that I’m leaving the area and have to find a new endocrinologist. He explained my disorder well, he always took his time with me, he helped me manage my care until we found the correct maintenance dose for my condition, and he listened to my symptoms. Finding an endocrinologist who does more than simply look at numbers and has a friendly and caring office staff is huge!

I had a severe case of graves disease and was treated by Dr. Koshy. This man saved my life. For years I struggled. Medication didn't help and I refused to have surgery or take the radiation/iodine treatment. The medication put me into anaphylactic shock and I ended up in the hospital on the verge of having a thyroid storm. I had no choice but to take the radiation/iodine treatment. I do have a question though. Dr. Koshy, can it come back? For the past month my pulse has been racing, my hands shaky and a lot of other symptoms. I'm terrified that it's come back and can't get any one to listen to me.

One of the nicest, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I’ve ever met and I’ve met a lot. Staff is top notch as well! Did not wait long for my appointment - was actually right on time! Looking forward to developing a great patient relationship with him and his staff.
