Seong Cho's Online Review Report Card

My child is a patient of Dr. Cho at Allergy Tampa off of Bruce B Downs. My son has been sick for a long time. He would get a virus and it could take a month to get over a basic cold. We saw everyone we could think of, his pediatrician was a joke, countless ER trips, ENT, and on and on. I saw a different ENT that asked why I had not mentioned this to Dr. Cho, definitely one of my not so bright moments, I couldn’t believe I didn’t think of that (we were patients here for allergy shots) I talked to Dr. Cho. He ran several blood tests, found my son’s titers are off. He is now monitoring him for that and his allergies. My son has been healthy for two months, which may seem simple to you, but it is a life changer for us! Thank you to Dr. Cho for listening and not ignoring a mom with a sick child!

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Cho. I originally had an appointment scheduled in April. Pat, at their office, called me this morning and told me they had a 2:00pm cancellation and asked me if I wanted that appointment. I went ahead and accepted the appointment and showed up in their office at 1:55pm. At 2:45pm I was STILL waiting in the waiting room. I left. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I called the office when I got home to make sure they credit back my credit card. I was told that they would when they had time. They had time to run it when I walked in the office. I was also told by Pat that if I am going to see an allergist that I need to plan on waiting. I explained to Pat, that I do understand a reasonable wait time, not 45 minutes, and again, reiterated that my time is just as valuable. I have a job too. She said that is how it works in an allergist's office. I advised that in my opinion, they shouldn't schedule appointments so close together if they couldn't meet the appointment time set. She told me they had an emergency. I stated in that case they should have communicated that information to me, not just left me sitting in the waiting room. I will not go back to an office that has no respect for my time.

Went to hearing aid specialist,and was told I had wax in left ear. After flushing with an at home kit and not getting anything out, I went to Dr Cho. He said it didn’t look like wax, and on further examination it turned out to be a hearing aid dome. It had been in my ear over a year. Dr. Cho removed it promptly. Excellent service and I’m really glad I don’t have this in my ear anymore.

Recently moved to the Tampa area, My allergist, Dr Siles from Cleveland Clinic was very glad that she was able to recommend Dr Cho to me as a possible allergist. From my first contact with his office and staff, I have been very comfortable with trusting him and his staff with my medical care and needs. Thank You

This is the first time I have seen Dr. Cho and he is a very kind and knowledgeable physician. I will definitely recommend him to friends.
