D R. Shahid is a very loving and caring Dr. specializes in children and adults treats Allergy and Immunology the wait at his office in 5516 Hanley rd is very quick but we have to understand his only one dr and if we want the best diagnosis we have to be patience.

This place is AWFUL!!!!! Do not waste your time here, I am a new patient and SCHEDULED an appointment for an allergy test. My appointment was at 3:30, I arrived a few minutes early in order to fill out the "new patient paperwork" that is required of course. After signing in, the front desk lady told me to sit down, so I did. After 45 minutes of waiting I walked up and told her I'm a new patient and asked if there's any new paperwork that needed to be filled out, at that point I was rudely given

Dr. Has 2 locations and the one on Habana Ave is very old. As soon as you go in it smells like mildew. The staff are always on their personal phones and they are rude. No one answers the phones because they are checking their own. Besides all of this Dr. Iqbal is nice and very smart.

Dr. Iqbal is very friendly and professional, his clinic was very convenient for my family and I. However, his staff and nurse was rude and unprofessional, they don't care about customer service, therefore I would rather bring my business elsewhere.
