Besides being a pediatric office that isn’t particularly good at helping children feel calm and comfortable in their rather sterile, intimidating environment, this office is impossible to get ahold of and has a lot of organizational issues at the front desk. My most recent example: I’ve tried to cancel my daughter’s upcoming appointment—yes, I’ve moved our business to South Tampa Dental Krewe, where my daughter and I have already had amazing experiences both with front desk staff and dental staff—and *no one has answered the phone.* Four phone calls yesterday at various times, three phone calls so far today and no one answers. The recorded message says they’re with patients and doesn’t provide any option for a message. It’s unprofessional and shows there isn’t really a sense for how a dental office should be run if patients are a priority. You can certainly see and take care of other patients while still being able to answer your phones. That’s basic but even that they can’t get right. Two stars because I can tell there is some semblance of trying even if not succeeding, but if you’re reading this, consider taking your child elsewhere.

We have been coming to Dr. Rudolph for over 10 years now and my son and I were both disappointed when we thought he would have to find a new dentist now that he’s turning 18. We were pleasantly surprised to learn at our visit today that he can continue to see her through his college years. Dr. Rudolph and her entire team are absolutely wonderful and have been amazing through all of his dental needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
