Had my breast Augmentation done in January and all I can say it was a great experience from beginning to end and would definitely recommend Dr. Castor and his staff to everyone. I'm planning on going back for more.

Dr Castor did a great job on my breast implants replacement with minor corrections (that were definitely needed, but other surgeons were not willing to do). His prices are extremely reasonable and his bedside manners are top notch. I highly recommend him for breast augmentation

I highly recommend Dr Castor, this is the best plastic surgery center I’ve been to in FL. Everyone at this office is very friendly and helpful. They were transparent with surgery and prices. The whole experience was wonderful, from the consultation to post opp, I’ve felt in safe hands. They also do great injection / fillers, and always have deals!

So I had my pre consult about 3 weeks ago and I was greeted by the most nicest receptionist Roxy. I then proceeded to discuss the plan with Dr. Castor. He seems shy but he ends up opening up and making the visit more relaxed. The reason for my rating is the following: the manager Nikki. Doctor proceeded to ask her Infront of me to help me pick size. Rudely enough stated “ I can’t right now, I am dealing with an important matter. Ask Roxy to do it.” The lack of etiquette is one thing but the way she said it and how she talked to the doctor infront of the patient made me feel embarrassed for him! For my upcoming visits she is just someone that I don’t even want to deal with! Worse customer service skills. My day of surgery went awesome! The highlight of my visit were the CRNAs: Michelle and I cant remember the other gentleman but he is from TGH! They made a scary process into an awesome one! Went into sedation laughing and came out laughing! Dr. Castor was great and did great on my surgery. I can’t speak highly enough of the great customer skills, compasión, and human touch that Roxy has!
