I had to go as a walk-in patient so I had planned on being there for sure a while, but since I went in the morning they were about to quickly help me. I have a follow up with my primary the as well as having a dentist appointment the week after. I'm scared! But, the staff had always been exceptioal, kind, patient, and have taken the time to explain things.

Iv been going to this clinic for a while. The clinic is aways clean, The staff is always welcoming and Dr. Maningo is great.

Hours should be posted 8-4 instead of 8-5. Apparently, they don’t take patients after 4, when I arrived. I purposely went at this time because it was listed as not busy. Also, why is there an appointment phone number if you don’t take appointments and are walk-in only? Doesn’t make sense.The lady up front was polite, however when she spoke with the doctor, she said the doctor said no to any walk-ins. I asked her to please ask again. The place was clearly not packed and empty. Nobody in the waiting room. Hardly any cars in the parking lot, maybe enough for employees. She was kind enough to call back, the doctor asked my date of birth, I obliged, and then was told no again. I’m not sure why that information mattered if you’re going to give the same response. Why bother asking? If I had been a different age, I assume the answer could’ve changed.Disappointed, especially since I was referred to this place. I should’ve heeded the poor reviews, rather than the good.

We went there for Covid testing for my child, and got seen/tested within 1hr. even results back all with in 45 mins after testing. Register online beforehand and it’s much easier. They do both types of testing and walk-ins, no appointments. 👍🏼
