Sunil Panchal Md's Online Review Report Card

The gentleman at the front desk is very nice and pleasant to talk to. The office is very small. There is a sign on the wall that states everyone must wear a mask. A couple sitting 2 seats down from my husband and I did not have one on. They kept coughing, hacking up loogies and smelled. Once they left I asked the gentleman at the front desk for some Lysol and they do not have any in the office. I was shocked. I have worked in the medical field my whole working career and there was always Lysol around. The Dr is MONEY HUNGRY. I just moved here from Texas. My pain stimulator is a little over a year old and I've had 3 blocks for my condition. He starts out by wanting X-rays. Talking about doing a block and adding another lead or replacing mine. I had the BEST Dr in Houston. I have not fallen or been in an accident. I mainly needed a place to meet my Nevro reps. He talks down to you. Won't let you talk and will tell you "we aren't taking about that right now". When he's asked a question and you're trying to explain. He had the worst bed side manners. You sit in the hall and he sits in his office at your visit. Weirdest visit I've ever had. I WILL NOT be going back to him. The reviews that's on his website are made up or he asked family, friends, coworkers or a few people that liked him to say some kind words. I use to do internet marketing so I know how that works. A lot of the reviews we would call around and ask our friends to write a review for us or create a new account and write it ourself. So when looking for real reviews look for someone that writes a lot of reviews good and bad. If they are all good then that person works for the company. Don't waste your time or money on this man. You can tell he's doing his job for money only and women are beneath him, so he thinks.

My pain has left my body because of Dr.Panchal

I first saw Dr. Panchal regarding my Arachnoiditis that had been causing severe pain since January 2019. He came highly recommended by a doctor from the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio and I trusted this recommendation. However, Dr. Panchal has a TERRIBLE bedside manner and is rude and dismissive to his patients. My first injection he kept me waiting over 1 1/2 hours (for no particular reason ... other than he considers himself a King on his own self-imagined throne). The next day I was instructed to come into the office for a follow up visit and even though I was in a lot of pain, I made myself go. That day he kept me waiting for 30 minutes when there was NO ONE in his office other than me. After 30 minutes, I told his nurse I was leaving and when he decided he could treat his patients like humans he could call me. Well, he might hold an M.D. but I hold a Ph.D. and I would NEVER treat patients in the manner that he does!!! Oh, did I get relief? NO!!

One of the best doctors I have ever met. Dr.Panchal has an excellent bedside manner and demonstrates the compassion that every doctor should, but the bottom line is this doctor knows his profession. I searched all over for someone that could do a newer procedure. Even the doctors at the hospital did not know about the procedure, but on the first visit to Dr. Panchal, not only did he know the procedure, he suggested it before I had the chance to ask about it. I would recommend Dr. Panchal to anyone seeking pain treatment without any reservations. The treatment we have received has been nothing short of a miracle.

No, would not recommend, horrible experience. Very rude and unnoticeable doctor...did not even get me out say hello when he walked in. Very condescending and he didn't even know me. I am an educated very compassionate intelligent person...my father is a world renowned geneticist...after working on paperwork for over 2 hours, also including my honor patient status from my pain management clinic in AL, Dr. Panchal finally walked in with my paperwork in his hands and DID NOT even look up at me or extend his hand to introduce himself and then on top of that, extreme judgmental rudeness from him, he actually shut me down when I tried to talk to him...so RUDE it was unbelievable! Why didn't I stand up for myself and let him know how rude he was and how he made me feel? I will never in my life pay a copay to a doctor until AFTER I go in and meet him...and if he can't even smile at me and shake my hand, I'll immediately walk out! I t

I am an educated very compassionate intelligent person...my father is a world renowned geneticist...after working on paperwork for over 2 hours, also including my honor patient status from my pain management clinic in AL, Dr. Panchal finally walked in with my paperwork in his hands and DID NOT even look up at me or extend his hand to introduce himself and then on top of that, extreme judgmental rudeness from him, he actually shut me down when I tried to talk to him...so RUDE it was unbelievable! Why didn't I stand up and let him know how I felt...I will never in my life pay a copay to a doctor until AFTER I go in and meet him...and if he can't even smile at me and shake my hand, I'll immediately walk out! I totally wasted $50 AND get this, they wanted cash because they didn't want to pay any percentage to run a debit card! UNREAL! Then this super jerk of a doctor told me they might give me a prescription on my next visit "if my story checked out!" I thought I would fall off my chair! My story? I even told him that was rude to use that wording and he might try stating that a different way, especially if his potential new patient's "story" actually did check out! Do not go see this doctor if you want to be respected as being an actual human being that God loves just as much as the "wonderful" loving doctor who is supposed to be helping them! Sorry, but you were a total jerk and, you are no better than me dude! Just because you are a doctor gives you no right whatsoever to treat a person you don't even know who has come to you as a supposed professional for help! Good luck with all that!

I visited 7 doctors before meeting Dr. Panchal. No one could help with my lower back pain. After years of futile and expensive shots, I met Dr. Panchal. His calm demeanor and medical expertise allowed me to live a normal life again. I cannot express my gratitude for the care I received with Dr. Panchal.

He cured my pain when I other doctors could. Same experience for my family and friends.

I was a patient for over 10 years and never felt that I was getting anything but the best possible care available. The only reason I stopped seeing him was because I moved out of the area.
