I am a new patient with Dr. Danner. I am greatly impressed with the staff at Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance. My first contact was with Macyee to set up an appointment. She was caring, helpful, and answered my questions. Since that first contact, she has graciously helped my navigate the portal and helped forward my questions to Dr. Danner. Jennifer took my vitals and answered questions I had at that time. I had to wait for a patient room and she kept me apprised of the situation. Dr. Danner did a thorough review of my symptoms, checked out the area of concern and developed a plan for treatment. He spent the time to answer all the questions I had and drew diagrams to assist in understanding. Andrew, the scheduler, explained what was needed to proceed and will be contacting me to schedule surgery. He was also very kind and informative. I look forward to continuing to work with the staff at TBHBC!

I had my first appt bear today with Dr. Bartels. I have been experiencing hearing loss. Every staff member I came in contact with was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bartels was very thorough and made me feel very at ease. Highly recommend this facility.

Everyone at this practice is fantastic! So kind, friendly, accommodating and intelligent. Dr. Danner spent hours with me until we got to a final conclusion about my ailment. I'm extremely grateful.

I would like to take time to thank Dr. Christopher Danner and Audiologist Kristina Brendzel for their exceptional service. Both are truly worthy of a 10 star review. They were friendly, patient with questions, and very well mannered. Dr. Danner diagnosed my ear problems with ease and took a lot of time to explain my treatment and all other options. Thankfully, I will be getting a cutting edge hearing aid. I simply cannot say enough about how awesome they were! If you are from the Tampa area, these two will certainly make you feel comfortable.

tech caused me to just about go unconscious I stopped her testing. I was not well since this happen to me & I could not pay attention so I was in a brain fog until late in the evening. I expected Dr Allen to see if I was ok from having this happen to me he did not & I was now sick! why didn't this female tech not tell the dr what happen to me during the test. Heartless & Careless people working here!

Dr. Bartel and associates were caring and wonderful. Each took time to listen to my concerns, ask questions, go over prior test results and recommend a plan of treatment. I felt heard and included in my own plan of care. Definitely recommend Dr. Bartel and his practice.

Dr. Hamiter just recently did surgery to correct a csf leak. He took his time. Called me after the most recent cat scan to discuss which of two options. This was a Friday night about 6 or 7 pm. The surgical planning staff was great Adelia was so pleasant, caring, and respectful. When I went for preop. They took me early to make sure I got to preop at hospital on time also.
