I do like Dr. Reynolds, & he seems to be a good Doctor. My husband & I have both had surgery performed by him. It's unfortunate that the people who schedule appointments & surgery do not have their act together. I made an appointment that I told the scheduler 3 different times it must be at the Lutz office. After she made the appointment, I confirmed with her that it was for the Lutz location correct? She said yes. I went to that appointment...& was told Dr. Reynolds doesn't even work at that location on Mondays! The second time I had an issue, I finally had my surgery scheduled. I received a call 2 days before with instructions & an arrival time of 5:45 am. The day before the surgery I received another call at 4:30 pm, saying that surgery was canceled due to my insurance not approving it yet. I was very surprised at this info, being that I've had the same insurance for 26 years, without ever having an issue with approvals for anything. Upon my checking in my insurance portal, I saw that the surgery WAS approved! This leads me to believe that someone in the scheduling dept has screwed up...again! My husband & I both work, & have to go through a lot of hoops to get time off! Very disappointed!

My Mom, Ms. White, was referred to Tampa Eye Clinic and she was very pleased with Dr. Reynolds. He’s very professional and has great communication skills and bedside manners. My mom who is 88 years old and a retired RN, was very nervous in the beginning. After Dr. Reynolds examined her eyes and explained his diagnosis, she was very pleased! As a retired nurse, she could recognized a good doctor went she see one and he is one of those good doctors! Thank you Dr. Reynolds ❤️

Check-in was curtious and smooth. I was called back with in 15 min of my arrival. Dr Nogales was very profesional and kept me apraised of what she was doing. All went very well.
