Love them!! She was my pediatrician as a child and I made her the pediatrician for my kiddos. She goes the extra mile even after 2 decades! Although, I will say that some of the staff needs to work on saying the pts names correctly. After 7 years of attending the same office, you'd think you'd attempt to get it right. Or at least apologize once realized that it was said incorrectly. Not making excuses for why you continue to say the name incorrectly. That doesn't make much sense to me. Especially when I worked at a children's hospital for 5 years. Parents really appreciate you for trying. It goes a long way. Makes us fell like you care and in the Healthcare arena, that makes all the difference.

I am so grateful for Dr. Teena Hughes, Dr. Roger Hughes, Nurse Practitioner Megan Sanborn and the entire staff. I was able to schedule a-same-day appointment; and Megan Sanborn was absolutely Outstanding by advising next step medical requirements and providing expert knowledge of the medical diagnosis. As always, the service is the same from the birth of my special needs child which Overachieving coupled with care, support and follow up.

There are toys for the kids to play with while waiting to be seen by Dr or nurse.there are also toys in the main waiting room for kids waiting for next steps of care as creative learning toys were offered by Janae whom I have been able to communicate my child's needs and concerns with as a new patient she jumps on it without a 2 nd thought!!staff as well...I have not seen or have had my child receive this level of care since birth to age 2 at her first pediatrician Dr Eugene Hiben when she was born he also great Dr. !! But his Head nurse not so ......I have been through 5 Pediatrician since then and this office is 1 of the best as I can see the office is fully staffed with pretty and polite office front desk constantly and intangibly working together and separate with professionalism and courteous phone ediquite.... All for these kids!!! I'm truly blessed with the care of attention and details 🙏😊 I rarely rate 5 starz but this office deserves it!! Waiting time to be seen was less than 30 mins # TEAMWORK/Putting patients above EGOS!!!! ..# I'm Here4 it!!

I Love Dr. Hughes. I have been bringing my grands to this pediatric office for 13 yrs and completely trust her and the staff judgement. Always professional and patient and seem to fit me in with my crazy schedule. From the time my grands came from the hospital their first visit was with Dr. Hughes 😂♥️
