Always on time and professional. Never had a problem at Carrollwood Tower in the 9 years I have been going there. Everyone is always friendly and I rarely have more than a 15 minute wait.

The tech explained the entire procedure from start to finish

I had a scheduled mammogram in December. Received a call back from TGH Imaging advising that I needed to come back for an ultrasound and they scheduled it over the phone. I come in for my ultrasound and was told I had no order for it. This was confusing to me because they called and scheduled me and did not advise of anything needed for appt. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and was trying to resolve the issue. She directed me to another woman to speak to. I have NEVER in my life experienced such disgusting customer service! The woman was immediately annoyed that she even had to speak to me she had a disgusted look on her face. When I approached the counter she immediately started with what I need to do and how they don’t have an order not even listening to what I had to say. I confronted her about her attitude and she stated “ you have an attitude and you can go sit back down out there” who’s your doctor?! Because they didn’t send anything over! I stood there in disbelief and how disrespectful and disgusting she was. I then again explained what I was told and how I wasn’t aware of anything needed. She looked in her computer and said “they just sent it in”. So I turned around and went back to sit down to wait. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. My 8 yr old son was with me and I was so mortified that he witnessed how medical professionals that are suppose to care for us and help us display such awful behavior. This was my first mammogram and to get a call back very much makes you nervous. To have such an experience was awful. The disrespect and lack of empathy. I will be following up with the manager. Her name was Mary. The ultrasound tech was AMAZING! The woman at the front desk checking people in was a lovely human being. Mary treated me like trash. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. I will be following up with the manager

It is difficult to get a hold of scheduling. I've been on hold for 40 minutes, is anyone there?

My appointment was for 12:30 today. I arrived earlier and signed in earlier. The receptionist didn't ask for my paperwork until 12:30. They didnt see me until 12:45. I'm here for a CT which shouldn't take more than 5 min. We all have lives, things to do. Do not schedule an appointment with a patient, unless you are absolutely going to commit!!

If I could leave 1/2 star I would, worst experience ever. Waited over an hour for a Chest Xray appt. Why make an appt. If it can't be honored? My wife is furious and embarrassed to be employed by TGH, to be ignored and forgotten is very sad

I had a ct done and when i went on my portal a few days later it says it will be ready december 2nd and when i went to check again it says december 3rd and i cant get no one to help me or call me back or they tell me they dont know what to tell me never had a issue with the portal so is their a glitch in the portal

Their scheduling department is TERRIBLE. They never pick up the phone. I called like 4 times and was on hold for like 20 minutes, which is practically almost my entire lunch break. You have to take an entire day off work to call these people to make an appointment. When I finally got a representative to pick up the phone, she dropped the call! I'm guessing that they have these scheduling reps working from home. They should be in an actual call center where there is someone to oversee things and make sure people are actually working because it's ridiculous. It reflects VERY BADLY on Tower Radiology.

Easy to find, easy to get to. Available onsite parking. Quickly met and shuffled to US section where tech awaited me. No problems at all!
