I came here for specialized nuclear scan. I was treated with respect. Staff throughout experience was friendly and professional. Many patients have extended wait times, so a "extended wait" lounge would be a nice touch: recliners, lower lights etc.

Getting a mammogram is an anxiety provoking appt but Erica made me so comfortable. She distracted me, she was kind and clear and made it go smoothly. Thank you Erica! The front desk people were great as well.

My first time at this place was great. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was very professional and made me feel stress-free. I loved the positive energy I was receiving throughout. These people made the rest of my day very pleasant just by being nice to me. 🤙🏻 It’s the small things. _____________________________ UPDATE 2023: Shoutout to Cyndy* who obliged to my request to play one my Zen relaxing music on Pandora! 🏻 It helped A LOT while getting an MRI exam done. As always, good vibes and great customer service all around. 👌🏻 Another great day accomplished.

I've waited for months to get a test that can only be done at this facility. It took me 45 mins to get there & when I was checking 8n they said they didn't have the order so I called my doctor's & they were closed for MLK day so they waited for me to go home & come back with the order... WOW I couldn't believe it!!! The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful then Shannon took over & she was AWESOME & very kind too. Then went to the back of the assistant who helped me, was very very nice & patient with me bc I had a stroke & I needed to be told this more than once sometimes. The doctor who worked with me was great & even the lady who did my CT scan was so sweet!! What a fantastic experience!! Thank y'all for being sooo great!! I appreciated it!!!🙂

It should be 0 stars not 1 .. First thing they called me at last minutes to inform me that my appointment is pending because the insurance! I had appointment at 6.30pm and they called me at 3.40pm.!! Second thing by the law since I'm insurance holder and I got a urgent test so you don't need authorization by provider.! 3 thing I went to urgent care just because I have a pain and need to recover that's why a provider in Tampa urgent care requested a CT test.. They way you handle patients is not acceptable and unprofessional. I hope the owner can read this...
