Horrible customer service , no profesional staff and it takes too long for someone pick up the phone and they're very rough with people, never send notifications to confirm appointments or reminders.

Went there for X-ray, was told when signed in it would be 1 hour , waited two hours and watched as one front desk clerk was on and off her phone and while all the Spanish people that came after me were called before me, I could take it no longer so I left and went home.

This is one of the busiest TGH Tower radiology centers, I believe. But they do a very good job of taking care of patients. Wait times are usually reasonable. And the technicians seem very competent. It’s great to have them in the neighborhood.
