UNBELIEVABLE I have a ct no contrast 5 days ago and STILL MY DAMM results is NOT BACK YET and I have a appointment 2 hours from now with my doctor now thanks of yours IRRESPONSIBLY I have to wait 6 months for my next doctor appointment so he can give the damm results that should’ve been done 6 months ago RIDICULOUS if it were for any employee it get done same damm day.

I’ve been to this facility about four times. Each time it’s a 45-60 min wait. Always. They over book and understaff. Shame on you TGH.

The office does not ever answer the phone. I had to walk in and i heard several customers say the same thing. It is obvious this office is managed poorly.

The technician was very good, however, the website and whoever answered my call with a question were incorrect with respect for needing to arrive 90 mins early for a CT scan w/o contrast. However, I did not have to wait and was in and out in half an hour.

I can’t speak to their services, only their central booking department. I’ve been calling every day for a week to schedule a CT scan, but nobody answered the phone nor could I leave a message. I waited on hold for several minutes each time, while being forced to listen to an obnoxious, repetitive, self-congratulatory recording. Phone service is clearly a low priority . I am forced to look for an alternative radiology provider.

This is horrible! Impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule a call. First time I waited 20 mins and hanged up. Second time waited 38 mins!!! And had to hang up. Ridiculous!!
