Very rude people at the front desk on Jan 18/23, 12:30, including the supervisor. My husband had an appointment reconfirmed, a follow up after back fusion surgery /a set of XRAYS, we got in there and they said that they didn't had any information about his VA insurance, they called the supervisor, and she was very despective to us, They have his info. Since Oct./22, we have come this place several times before since Oct. This is the kind of people that must not be working at customer service for any reason, very rude and extremely lazy people. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RUINING MY HUSBANDS APPOINTMENT WITH THE NEUROSURGEON, AND A WAISTED 80 MILES TRIP!

NEVER able to get phone calls answered for scheduling.

Had MRi scheduled as 1st patient. Was "Sternly" told we must arrive by 7 and patient must be on table by 715. At 7:30 I explained the phone call and was told the appt was actually for 730. So I was told on untruth plus the rudeness. MRI Tech and front desk were nice and professional. Wish I had the callers name
