Got treated by Dr. Paul Nanda. He saw me twice in the same day on short notice. He was great highly recommended. Medical assistance Jeffery Price helped me out and gave me the best and easiest blood draw that I have ever had.
Very thorough and efficient. Thanks so much
The care I received at TGH Urgent Care was superb!!!!!!
It was supposed to be an URGENT care but they let me wait for more than an hour. When I went to ask for my money back, the provider stood up from the chair he was having his afternoon snack and attended me. Disappointed.
Made me feel welcomed n cared was very nice n im so thankful for staff that cares for their patients
Terrible place Waited 2/12 hrs to be seen for spider bite Nurse and doctors agreed it the worst one of all Nuff said
Excellent health care and personable health professionals
The West Gandy Clinic front desk receptionist was very nice and very helpful when I called to schedule a same-day appointment for my wife and me because we both had the flu. Their process was easy and stress-free. The doctor’s assistant took our information and vitals efficiently. She was nice, patient, understanding, and professional. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. We picked up our medication at the pharmacy and are hopefully on the way to recovery. Overall, everyone at the West Gandy Clinic we interacted with was professional, friendly, and positive. It was a very good experience for a couple who were very sick with the flu. However, the AI phone system you have to deal with before it finally transfers you to a real person at the West Gandy Clinic was difficult to use. It was unforgiving, did not understand responses well, and was frustrating and irritating before finally reaching a real person at the clinic.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I was disappointed by my experience and hope this feedback is helpful for the facility and for others seeking care. I recently visited this urgent care and unfortunately found the visit more difficult than I expected. The appointment itself took over two hours just to complete a strep and mono test, and while I was ultimately diagnosed with a viral infection, I left without any guidance on over-the-counter remedies or symptom management. I understand antibiotics aren’t appropriate for viral illnesses, but some basic advice—such as whether to use Tylenol, Advil, or a nasal spray—would have been helpful since I’ve been dealing with symptoms for weeks. The experience was further complicated when I tried to leave and discovered my car was blocked in the parking lot by a contractor’s truck. I attempted to reach the business for assistance, but the phone system routed me to an AI robot and I was unable to speak with anyone. It was a frustrating end to an already long visit. Additionally, I found the front desk process to be disorganized and not very welcoming. There was little direction on how to check in; some patients were told to sit and were then forgotten, and people appeared to lose their place in line. In my case, I was told to wait for the kiosk. After waiting for a while, I asked whether I needed to use the kiosk if I already had an appointment and was told, “No, we check you in.” It seemed that if this had been clarified when patients first walked in, much of the confusion could have been avoided. A simple greeting and asking whether a patient is a walk-in or checking in for an online appointment would have helped. When questions were asked, responses sometimes came across as short rather than helpful. Finally, I noticed that the documentation from the visit did not fully reflect what was discussed. The note contained a complete supportive care section described as “discussed,” but this information was not actually reviewed with me during the visit. That was concerning and did not match my recollection of the encounter. I’m surprised by the number of positive reviews because my experience felt inefficient and lacking in communication and basic patient care. I hope this feedback helps the facility improve its processes and patient experience moving forward.
Highly recommend! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
