No social distancing. No wiping down of chairs before CANCER patients with low immune systems sit in them . Can't even comment on the doctor seeing as I had to wait 1hr 20min+ and still wasn't seen by the doctor. Place looked absolutely filthy with stains and marks on their walls. While waiting I was able to book an appointment for the following week with St.Joseph's North (BayCare). Don't know why I tried Advent health at all. They've nearly always let me down.

The staff is the most rudest I have ever seen. Customer service is horrible. They where not helpful and when asking a question, they couldn't even make eye contact with you. There excuse was I was doing something on the computer and I was busy. Then the office manager came out to talk to me to find out what happen, and as I was explaining the situation, the employee was right in front her telling her that I didn't say this and that, employee was making excuses for her actions and that manager didn't say anything. As manager, she should have heard my entire story and not allow her to speak to me the way she did. Worse thing was the office manager didn't even apologize nor did either staff members.
