Where do I begin I was not wanting to go but since the day I did go Dr. Nell and Amanda Brown are the best. With multiple dx they navigated my history and their knowledge, attentiveness, has offered me quality of life .Thank you

Dr Nel, Dr Stone and Amanda have always treated me with respect. Listen to everything and always treated my problems. I’ve seen Dr Nel on and off since 2014. He is the best doctor out of all my doctors and I have many with MS, CRPS I and several spinal issues. I wouldn’t be able to work if it was not for him.

I love Dr. Nel and all of his staff. I have been going to him for years for migraines, as well as for treatments from a MVA. He not only cares about me as a patient, but also takes interest as a person. He is my favorite among all of my doctors.His staff also does there best to take care of your needs as well. His knowledge base is vast, and he takes his time when he sees you. You’re not rushed, he listens, and he remembers things that you wouldn’t think a doctor would remember. His P.A.’s are also special. I love Gabriel, who I see as well. Especially because he is soooo busy. But that doesn’t matter to him. If I need to see him, I simply ask. So, if you want a good pain management and anesthesiologist, he is NOT your man. But…if you want an Excellent, Kind, Caring, Witty, and just over all the Greatest Dr, then yes, he IS your man. Thanks Dr Nel, for taking such good care of my health. You are a blessing.

The length of wait time varies from 1.5 to 2.5 hrs to be seen. We have NEVER waiter for a reasonable length of time. He overbooks to the degree that he obviously doesn't care as it has become his norm. If it happened once for an emergency, we would understand. The last appointment for injections, we waited OVER 2 1/2 hrs then left and are now seeing another physician with normal weight times. Of all physicians, you would think that he would be more cognizant of patients having serious pain while they wait. Staff not good about checking in with patients to explain delay.

Absolutely awful. If you're looking for a doctor/ doctor's office that cares, listens, communicates- look ANYWHERE else than CSI Ortho. I was told it would be up to three days to get a response from my insurance for the needed procedure- It's been two months and I've still not received a call back to my numerous emails or phone calls. My insurance rejected the procedure because the doctor didn't provide the simple information necessary, but I only know that because I got a letter from the insurance. Once you get into the office (and wait at least an hour after your appointment time) everyone is nice enough, but if you're in pain 24/7 and looking for actual relief you aren't going to find it here. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this office - the doctors, and staff. I won't be surprised if this review is the only thing that makes them actually call me back.
