I could not be happier with Dr Mack and his staff. I highly recommend him as an eye surgeon!

I first met Dr. Mack when my eye Doctor referred me to him for a blocked tear duct. From my first appointment to my final appointment Dr. Mack was nothing short of professional, competent, kind and had a good sense of humor. There are very few doctors that do this surgery for the blocked duct, and I am so grateful Dr. Mack took care of me. His staff is equally competent, from the front desk to the nurses, all friendly and kind. Kristin was exceptional. Whatever you go to Dr. Mack for, know he is in a class of his own & you are in great hands!

I was referred to Dr. Mack by my eye doctor because of a stye that was not healing. Dr. Mack's office was very easy to find, plenty of parking and staff was just wonderful. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and within a week of seeing him my eye has healed considerably. He is an amazing doctor and his staff does it right. I absolutely recommend!

Had a procedure done on May 9 to lift my eyelids that were drooping and impairing my vision. Was told I could have bruising for 2+ weeks. Had virtually no bruising and vision is so much better. Dr and his staff are professional and very friendly. Never felt like I was on an assembly line and being pushed through any visit. Dr sat and talked with us each time. Never felt like a patient, more like a neighbor. And the eyes see great and people are surprised when we tell them I had a procedure done. Almost no tell-tale signs. Would whole heartedly recommend Dr Mack and his staff.

He is probably a wonderful Dr, another Dr even referred him to me. But, when I told that Dr what my experience had been with the front office, they said they didn't blame me for not wanting to go there. I have an old injury to one eye. With age and skin droop, it causes eyelashes to rub my eyeball. I had it "fixed" 2 years ago and now it's back already. And I've moved several states away and can not return to that Dr. I called Dr Mack's office after researching him. Rather than being treated like a patient, I felt like I was just a source of potential income. The front desk person asked me to hold while they checked something, and instead transferred me to the bookkeeper without letting me know she was transferring me. I was puzzled but answered her questions. The bookkeeper said I needed to send her a copy of my insurance card front and back before I could make an appointment so they could determine what my out of pocket expenses would be. She must be psychic because it is not yet determined what needs to be done. She was supposed to call me after she received it. Several days later I hadn't heard back so I called her. She then was trying to figure out my case over the phone (the bookkeeper!) rather than making an appointment for the Dr to evaluate me. She was somewhat condescending and I had to repeat myself a couple of times. She told me I had to pay a $150 consultation fee since I had previous surgery. When I questioned that and told her no one else has asked for that, she then transferred me back to the front desk who told me it was $250 and the money did not go towards the work, it was just a fee for a consultation. I did not feel valued as a person or a patient whatsoever and chose to take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Mack is an excellent oculoplastic surgeon I would trust with any medical or cosmetic procedure. In additional to being a great, reliable surgeon he also is an experienced cosmetic injector who does wonders if you're seeking a natural but youthful appearance.

Dr. Mack and his staff are very welcoming and reassuring. They answered all my questions even before I asked them.I had my eye lids lifted. I can see so much better. The surgery is easy and not painful. Pay attention to the icing instructions it really helps with the swelling.I would go back to Dr. Mack again.

Dr. Mack did muscle surgery upper & lower lids on my eyes. The end result was amazing! Before my eyes could barely open by themselves & lifting my eyebrows to help was no longer working. I now have "almond shaped" eyes again & that heaviness on my upper lids is gone. You can see my entire eye without any effort on my part. An added benefit from the surgery is that my eyes no longer "dry out" at night. I never realized that my eyes were not closing all the way when I slept, but now they are. I can't say enough about Dr Mack & his staff. They are professional, yet friendly & accommodating. I would refer Dr. Mack anytime.

Dr Mack and his team are exceptional. The surgery on my eyelids was flawless and improved my vision. He and his entire staff are very professional and personable, I'm really glad I chose the Mack Center.
