SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL so quick to make a new patient appointment and get peoples money but I’ve been calling for two days 7x a day with voicemails be left from morning to close for prescription refill and no answer except once where someone answered phone and hung it up ridiculous

TERRIBLE experience with their front office staff. When I checked in she told me I owed over $100 from 2 years ago and when she finally printed the bill out it had an address that I haven’t lived at in over 6 years even though she INSISTED they had all gone to the right address. I had no proof that it had been sent through insurance first and refused to pay it at that moment and she told me I could not be seen. When I got home I found the bill from insurance and I only in fact owed $68 so good thing I didn’t pay over $100 that she was trying to force me to do. Will NOT return to this office ever again. So unprofessional and rude.

Dani the OB coordinator is AMAZING!!! She’s super professional and efficient. She listens to your needs and accommodates as best as she can! Zoey and Marion are so sweet and welcoming they make you feel like your apart of the family! Kim is a freaking superstar!! Got some fantastic pictures. Jamie is wonderful! She answered all my questions and helped me feel more at ease.Thanks ladies for making this visit warm and welcoming!!

The wait time for appts is an hour plus on good days. Multiple times I’ve wait close to two hours. When you leave a message, they do not get back to you in a timely manner. I left 3 different messages for a Medicine to prescribed that I needed and the doctor never called in. And by the fourth message I had to call and demand to speak to someone. Worst customer service. And they treat their patients horribly.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if that was the option. They will take your money and will refuse to get your procedures authorized prior to your appointment. I am an OB patient hoping for the best care for myself and my unborn. Now sitting on a $4k bill because they stated that "many insurance companies do not pay for genetic screening or testing and individual policies may vary." That is MANY. Well come to find out (after the lab is drawn) my insurance would have covered the lab IF prior authorization was obtained. Well they neglected to do their job and now I have a bill and will be unable to obtain a retro authorization. It took 4 days for someone from the office to get back to me in regards to this. They think money grows on trees and they don't even submit it to insurance, they hold it until you deliver. Prepare to pay half of your deductible before delivering your bundle of joy. I recommend refuse ALL genetic labs prior to contacting your insurance. Dont let them reel you in. They do not offer you a regular lab draw... make sure you tell them that's what you want. Please do your research before going to this company! BEWARE!!
