Very friendly and helpful service. Great facility, odd location. This experience is night/day different from the local Quest, where you can't even speak to a real person unless you make a scene. This review is stand alone, with Quest service not affecting the rating, it's more an FYI. Fully recommend.

The staff here is very rude and have no-sense of privacy this is the second time I have been to this location and they just say all the info in the open with no regards to privacy, they are just here to make money and take money. They sit on their phone and when asked if they can confirm they got the fax order the individual smack her lips and got up to check while an expression of being annoyed, after I was told the order wasn’t in their possession so I need it to get it re-sent, I do not recommend this place especially for early birds this is not how you’d want to start your morning sets the pace of the day on a bad path. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism here especially because I am in the health care field. P.S. waited for over two weeks for the first result and they already had it just forgot to call and/or send the result.

Make an appointment, or you will be sitting for a long time. Was told only 1 bathroom working, so I had to hold my urine, but another client was let in the bathroom 🚻 😒.
