4 level spine surgery, took 3.5 wks to get in for 'pain management '. Does not accept insurance, but more importantly they chose this time to lecturee me not only on what insurance I have but also to debate that it took 3.5 wks to get in. Also I would highly reccomend this place if tou are of Latin heritage ONLY. The difference in how I was treated opposed to how the 3 Spanish speaking people were treated was DRAMATICALLY different. If you need fast assistance and help seek medical care elsewhere. If you want to be lectured and spoken down to, had yhe window slid shut in your face. Yes that actually happened for a medical appointment that was made almost a months ago. Receptionist also said she does nit know why TGH reccomendes this location. They don't accept the insurance usually, well I truly hope TGH reads these reviews. However I will be contacting my surgeon to make sure they do not reccomend this facility.

Fui a mi primera cita, y ni siquiera se presentó la doctora en persona, como es costumbre, un la primera cita , viene el doctor o doctora y se presenta, en esta oficina , envían a la enfermera, es como las oficinas de abogados, que nunca vez al abogado , solo a los representantes. Y aunque es un lugar de manejo del dolor, no tienen entrenamiento para el síndrome de Fibromalgia, solo tienen conocimiento y eso no es bueno, ya que para un tratamiento correcto, se debería, el profesional adiestrar en la materia y así poder ayudar más efectivo al paciente.

I have been seeing Dr. Neninger since January, 2012 and have only good things to say about her. She and her staff are absolutely amazing! If you are in pain, I highly recommend making an appointment with their office.

I had a really good experience with the Dr yamilet and her staff .They are very caring very professional . The doctor is amazing she’s really good I at what she does I went in because I have really bad back pain with sciatica . She did the epidural injection and did great job did not hurt at all .she also explains really well the procedures and the problem. Also the dr and staff take inconsideration how you feel I’m very happy that I chose this place .

This is so far the best pain management offoce i have been, Dr. Neninger is very caring and kind with the patients and family members, she takes the time to explain and discuss treatment options, because of her my life is better every day. The staff is wonderfull as soon you become a patient you star noticing they work as a team.

It took this office NINE DAYS to call me back after 24 hours of phone tag. I called every day for over a week. I called at various times in the morning and afternoon. No one answers the phone when you call and saying they don’t call back is an understatement. The woman who finally called me back on the 9th day was not polite. She was angry I complained about no one calling me back. (How dare I?) She told me that I needed to send my referral letter (my Primary Care had already sent it a week before) so I refaxed it and emailed it. Then she called me again and told me that I needed to call my insurance company and get a pre-authorization letter faxed to them before I could schedule an appointment. In my experience, insurance authorization has always been the job of the doctor’s office. Another reason her request makes zero sense is because they advertise free consultations for new patients so why is that not being honored? If I have to get insurance to authorize it, it’s not free is it? Then she told me I also needed to get previous medical records (like MRIs from years before) faxed over BEFORE I could make MY FIRST APPOINTMENT. I don’t know if this is a money saving technique or what, but it’s a terrible way to treat new patients who are most likely in pain. If you actually want to SEE a doctor, and get help... I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I question several reviews here because they refer to “him” & “he” when this is a female doctor. My experience with this office has not been good. I would suggest trying another place until their staff improves.

Very knowledgeable in her area if expertise, and ALWAYS thoroughly explains treatments, and medication(s)...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great doctor, ARNP, RN, nurses and staff. I would recommend her.
